Coffee Team Donuts

So we went there yesterday and I ordered a turkey sub. The guy lifted the lid for the lettuce and it was brown. I passed on the lettuce. He lifted the lid for the onion and it was all dried out. I passed on the onion. I asked for mayo and he put in like a cup of mayo. At this point I am concerned about food poisoning but I still go to the cashier to pay. My sister wanted a bagel with butter but they only use margarine there so she asked for a donut instead. When I got to the cash the guy finally clues in to me “passing” on ingredients and he actually says “ you didn’t like the discoloured lettuce? I got fresh stuff in back”? Serious like WTF you don’t know that brown lettuce is not acceptable to serve. We paid for our food and immediately threw out the suspect turkey sub and the rick hard donut. Save your money and most likely getting food poisoning. Don’t go here.

Super nice guy that runs the place. I was out there deal with a traffic violation and it was raining so hard I had to take refuge here. I am glad I did. I had a wonderful conversation with the gentlemen and had something warm in the belly for the long drive back to Toronto.

Good food good service friendly atmosphere. Fresh baked goods made every day the old way.

Had stopped in here on our way home for owensound my 2 year old really needed to pee I asked if we could use the bathroom the man working at the counter replied can I take your order I responded we just really need to use the bathroom he then said again can I take your order I repeated that we just really needed the washroom he then finally answered no he was very rude with no customer service!My two year old then had to pee in his parking lot!I understand that businesses often dont like to have people use there washrooms unless customers but many places make exceptions for children! Furthermore had we had the opportunity to use the washroom I may have looked at the menu but given the urgency we did not have that opportunity.Needless to say we will not be supporting this buisness.

I stopped here on Christmas morning as I was driving through so my 4 year old daughter could use the washroom. The man behind the counter asked if we were going to buy something, which is understandable. I told him that my wallet was in the car but that I would buy something after. He said the washroom was for paying customers only. I argued that she was about to pee on the floor if she didn't get to go right away. At this point another man, seemingly the owner or manager argued with me that they weren't there to be a public washroom. I again said that I would buy something after I got my wallet from the car. We were reluctantly allowed to use the washroom, but by that point my daughter had peed her pants.Merry Christmas you scrooges, I hope your cheap knock off doughnut shop goes under.

Literally the most disgusting place i have been to. As i was walking in the AC was dripping liquid and everything just looked moldy and beat down, i don't even want to remember the bathrooms. My sister saw a brown clump in the corner that looked like a mixture of hair and dirt.if you need to stop to use the washroom please just drive a bit further down it’ll be worth it!

I had to visit this place on my way back to Toronto on Highway 10. Coffee tastes just like Coffee Time and still has the decor! If you grew up to drinking Coffee Time and miss that coffee, stop by at this place!

Nope, nope, nope. Bought cookie and coffee, then told washrooms were off limits. Used the grey porta-toilet at the park next door instead. Which is hella scary. So thanks, bro - have a star.

DO NOT EAT OR DRINK HERE.Dirty disgusting sespool of mold, and the owner is a corner cutting ancient free mason looking to rip off and take advantage of any and all people that he can. People should stay away from this facility if they do not want to get sick. Worst service, not clean at all, mold everywhere even under the front counter!
