I bought the cloud couch 2 piece sectional and I AM IN LOVE. I am soooo happy with my decision and salesperson Monica really helped me with all the questions I had. Delivery was smooth and my couch was set up within 10 minutes.I am only subtracting one star because I had a lot of concerns before delivery that the couch wouldn't fit into my apartment. They were strict with a no return/refund policy so I had a lot of stress about spending so much money with the off chance that it wouldn't fit. Luckily it fit no problem and my worries didn't materialize.Love my new couch!!

Jag’s furniture has an extensive amount of furniture options and a huge showroom. We initially came in for a sectional couch on their website and went to the showroom to test it in person. Though it wasn’t what we had hoped for, we easily found another that was exactly what we were looking for! Monica was never pushy, very helpful throughout the process, and always available via text to answer any questions we had.Had to take off one star for the delivery being late but Monica helped to contact the warehouse for updates after they passed the 2-hour window.

I worked with Monica at Jag’s Langley location to furnish our new house. The whole experience was lovely and I liked Monica’s approach. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions, helped us pick various items for our master bedroom, living room and basement without being too pushy and worked within our budget. Monica was available via text and also followed up frequently from the day we placed the order all the way until the day of the delivery, which by the way was so efficient and flawless. Needless to say we will be working with Monica again, as we gradually furnish rest of our house.

One of the best places I've ever seen for couches (we bought a sectional / day bed from them, and we found the models they have blow the competition out of the water while not being over-priced.)Their day beds are actually great couches in their own right — something we've realized is quite rare among your typical places like IKEA and The Bay. We'll definitely be visiting Jag's again for our future home purchases.Monica was incredibly helpful and walked us through all of our purchase/delivery/insurance options. She made our purchase process incredibly smooth!I'll post an update once the couch is delivered to confirm how they do with regards to delivery/service.

Our salesperson Lucky was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us such an amazing deal. We shopped around and went to a few other stores, but Jag’s was the best deal and the quality of the furniture is by far the best.Thank you Lucky and the staff at Jag’s Furniture for an impeccable experience and we will continue to purchase all of our home furnishings from Jag’s.

Just purchased the cloud 9 sectional, it was delivered the next day! The couch is very comfortable, fabric is soft and beautiful. All cushions (seat,back and throws) are all down and require fluffing every few days or they will be flat where you typically sit. Also Monica was very helpful :)
