Bought a new phone online. Mistakenly did the lease option for the phone and the service agent clarified based on my profile (I keep phones a long time) that I likely had done that by mistake!! Super happy Jeremy caught that for me and we were able to figure out a plan that works for my new IPhone 14 Pro!!! Would definitely recommend Jump to anyone looking to get a new phone!

Excellent service.very pleasant and helpful which is nice since good customer service seems rare these days. Definitely recommend them. I went to the jump store on 15th in Prince Albert. The girl there was very helpful answered all my questions and suggested I order online to get the activation fee free and told me to call or come in if I had any other questions. The gentleman who confirmed my online order was equally as pleasant and helpful.
