I went with RBC car and home insurance because they were cheaper but after one year of absolutely no service, I decided it was not worth it. Roy Lee gives personalized service and calls you right back. Price is actually comparable and the service is great. Roy Lee actually cares where RBC couldn't care less after they sign you up.

Professional, and knowledgeable staff that provide prompt service. I have various products (life, car, motorcycle, house, and jewelry) with Roy Lee and I have yet to be disappointed. They understand when you look elsewhere for a better rate and don’t badger you to stay with them. Having said that, I will pay a bit more to deal with them as they are good!
