These guys saved our BUTTS today! We had a 3 year old DIY system from Amazon that the server went out on. The supplier doesn't ship here, doesn't sell this model anymore - it would have been 2 weeks and lots of money to replace it. One call to ITS and we had an affordable system being installed in Parksville within hours. We were back up and running the same day. VERY happy and highly recommend!

Great response, wonderful service- they sold us our phone system 20 years ago and we had no issues until this week - the phones were down on Monday when we came in. They responded within hour and had the whole system up and running within an hour. Thanks.
