I had a fantastic experience dealing with CARE team. I urgently needed a freezer and I reached out to Mohammad after-hours and he responded to my request in a very timely manner; acknowledged and processed my order. The freezer was delivered to my house by CARE team the very next day in early afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service and a quick turnaround of my request. I'd highly recommend this company to all my colleagues and relatives. Very pleasant experience and much appreciated their work ethic and professionalism throughout the process (especially Mohammad). I ordered a microwave and a brand new fridge with very minor scratches. Very much happy with the service and the products. The pricing of the products are very much reasonable compare to a big box store and prompt delivery and great customer service.

Terrible experience with customer service. Had issue with an appliance they had delivered to me.Had to chase them for weeks, but only after contacting ClearResult regarding this they responded to me (still took another few weeks of “quiet” and yet another call to ClearResult to finally fix an issue)

Product and delivery both excellent. Couldn’t be happier.

Unfriendly and unreliable staff. They just don't care, they get the money from government programs and never fulfill consumer requests. Will pursue further with this!

Ive been calling this company all week and no answer. Sent two emails no answer. Dealt with them through Toronto Hydro program. I will be reporting them to Toronto hydro.

Very bad experience as they don't deliver on time and if you call them it always go on voice mail and there is no return call. No manager or nothing to complain. How come enbridge hire this kind of non professionals to deliver appliance??
