Had no bread. How does a subway…whose only food is sandwiches….run out of bread!!!! Left and ordered something else.

This is the 3rd time I give this store a try after a bad sub, and constitantly they fail my already dismal expectations. Missing ingredients because the workers don't have a basic proficiency with English, not enough veggies, then downed in sauce so much it leaked out of the double wrapping and into the bag. Nearly inedible. In the new sudbury food court, don't order from Subway, eat at A&W or Thai Express, or even Taco Bell. If Taco Bell out performs you in quality, you definitely have a problem.

Today I went on my 30 minute lunch break, waited in line for 10 minutes and waited another 10 minutes for my salad. I was very clear that the person bc infront of me was getting a rice bowl, and i was just getting a salad with ham. the person working put the rice on my salad. Through out this whole process the staff was very rude. I explain how i don't have time to wait for another salad to be made because i needed to go back to work. I ended up eating the salad that had rice on it with chicken and bacon and they refused to give me the ham. I had to ask to get a discount because they never offered and only go 10% off. This subway is poorly ran giving small portions and bad costumer service. This has really changed my views on subway since I've never had any issues with any other. I will never be back again. If I could give 0 starts I would.

My wife ordered a 6incher, ham. Well actually first let's step back to when we stepped up to the front. Simply put we were ignored. A guy in the back sat at a table playing with meat. Probably not the most sanitary place to that. At the time I thought he was the only working and just didn't see us. We stood there for a good 2 - 3 minutes and then a wild sandwich artist appears. I guess she was putting stuff away near the counter and didn't bother to greet us. She clearly didn't like her job, which speaks spades about this subway as every sandwich artist I've ever met has been happy, or at least faked it enough to seem like they were enjoying their job. Back to the 6 inches, my wife said it was eh"."

I came here with my boyfriend. We both ordered 2 bowls. The new guy was making my bowl but he gave me way less than what my boyfriend got. He was not generous and even forgot the rice until someone told him about it. I asked for guacamole but got half the amount of what my boyfriend got. Unfair treatment.

The girl working today with no name tag should be fired. Did not listen to my friend and made a salad instead of a sub which she then just dumped into a sub once finally listening to him and thought that was okay. I had to argue for a return because she said they can’t do that. Unacceptable don’t go period. She also would not stop calling my friend a girl even after telling her, he is a boy.

Poorly made burgers! Arrogant staff, the service lady TANU doesn’t know how to talk with the Customer thought she informed us that she is working since 15 years! When we went for complaining about the sandwiches!
