Very upset, if there is a zero start I will choose it.The reception is very bad inside the building in the same city I live. I have to pay 78$ for a horrible service. My husband switched to other company. The reception with customers service doesn’t work as well. My husband signed up a contract with them and now I am stuck other wise I have to pay 135$ to leave . Don’t trust them it is scam company

I had an excellent customer experience in store thanks to Aqib in the Milton store. Aqib patiently explained to me all the options and was very polite. He went the extra mile in helping me understand and answer all questions for mobile connectivity options as I'm new to Canada. Highly recommend this store because of excellent staff and friendly customer service. Thanks alot Aqib!

Current Freedom customer who visited the branch on Wednesday 11/30 to get a Black Friday deal. iPhone 13 at 9$ a month.Salesman stated that the phone is not available but he could get it ready for pick up on Saturday. He confirmed than I will still get the Black Friday deal. He requested my phone number which I provided to keep me updated.Second visit on Saturday. Phone is not at the branch and Black Friday deal is expired. Lol.Thanks for keeping me updated and wasting my time.Mathieu Bordier

If I could give 0 stars I would. They’re ridiculous. We arrive there are 7:47 and the guy working there says that we’re closed even when the door said open and the closing time is 8pm. Just because the guy wanted to run out quickly to end his shift he refused to serve us. Ridiculous service and the manager should really fire him. We went to another location at Laurier and got there at 7:55 and they still served us. Martin st. Service really needs to get their act together.

I went in today and Farrukh Saeed helped me with an upgrade. Really good costumer service, was very patient and attentive to what I wanted. I left the store with a new phone and very happy with how I was helped.

AQIB was awesome for helping me with changing plans, he also helped me with gaving me ideas about getting new phones plus changing from one plan to other plans.
