I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. Highly unprofessional staff, don't easily return your voicemail or email messages. The therapist don't communicate directly with parents and show is run by BIs for EIPIC, the so called intensive therapy sessions.

After reading all the great reviews, I thought this place would be great. We had the worst experience here. Waited around for 3 phone appointments and they never called. When we called to see what happened, there was always an excuse. Our child's first in-person appointment was also cancelled the day of. Highly unreliable, save your time and energy.

We would like to thank Shalini and her team for their attentiveness and professionalism, and for the support they have been giving us. Our son has been with the center for many years now. Although he still has a lot to learn, he has more patience and good temperament. Thank you!

Nice facility in a new and developing area. We have received quality service. The staff seem to really care. They take out time at the end to review with me the progress of each session. Shalini the director/owner is knowledgeable, kind, and humble. I am grateful for having them be a part of my child’s life.The parking lot fills up during peak pickup/drop off times. Street parking is available though.It would be nice to have a viewing window in the upper level looking down into the gym. This would be nice to have while waiting in the parents lounge upstairs.

They stopped my child inspite of knowing about the existing condition during intake. Shalini (Owner) indicated to us that they would send a therapist home. Shalini told us that she would call and give us information. Neither did we get a call back from Shalini nor from her office staff until today in-spite of us contacting them. Their center is on 67 Avenue, Surrey. Owner and staff are not dedicated and courteous towards parents and their children with disabilities. I am disheartened at their unprofessional service.

Came here after a slip accident I had. They have done a wonderful job in getting me rehabbed and I feel a lot stronger now. The staff is always pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable.

Un provisional people ruining the office. Canceled services of my daughter and still asking for payment. And I have heard a lot of people complaining this location. If you are asking payment for a service you cancelled, that means you just need payment for nothing.

My son has been coming here every week for over two years and he has made tremendous progress.Thanks to everyone here.

I would give -5 if there would option I would suggest parents to don’t put your kid in this agency they are main culprits I put my son there they didn’t make any plans and were just calling him for session and haven’t seen any improvement in him and when I asked some question they were like they don’t have behaviour consultant and then i told them I want to cancel the contract and right way they charge 3000$ for nothing they didn’t give him any full session and I also filed complaint agianist the owner shalini das she is such money minded lady she don’t care about autism she just wants to take all autism funding from the government I don’t know how get sleep at night after using innocent autistic kids money and providing no knowledge to them I wish someday god put him in my situation then she will understand what a explanation you provided on my comment I wish you would do this hard work on kids rather than replying here and we don’t want to know your 25 year experience I want to know how much you have been made in autistic kids life and you are not one who ended the contract it’s me who ended contract and then you called me from your personal cell that you will give me best BI to my son so please don’t lie in front of other people and I have all the proof how you extra charged me my son doesn’t have any session with BC and they charged money and when I asked they told me lame excuse like BC is making plan at home so we need to charge money 3000$ to just make plan please don’t make fool of parents autistic kids are really innocent they really need help in early years so please provide them good knowledge and I just want to end up this here.
