Great service. I had a rotor replaced on my snow blower. They took the initiative to make sure it would start. It didn't. The fix was of minimal cost and well warranted, and probably spared me a whole pile of grief

Owners son sold our reserved lawn mower to a « buddy ».. Always used them, thought we had good service.. we purchased a used lawn mower from them, didn’t have the means to pick it up right away because our house has been flooding for a month.. We called to notify them of the situation more than once and they told us no problem, whenever your ready it’ll be here! Today we were able to borrow a trailer and find somewhere to store it in the meantime.. So we called to let them know we’d be picking it up today and they informed us that they sold it.. Rather the bosses son was in the shop today and decided to sell it to his friend instead of a paying customer who has purchased all kinds of stuff there..So hard working customers who had an arrangement with the company get passed over for the owners sons friend.. extremely un professionnel, sent an employ to the phone to tell us.. terrible service, who works like that? And who treats customers like that?

Brought a 1 month old chainsaw to get the guard fix. It broke while using it it with my wrist. I have a 3-year warranty, so brought it in to get fixed. I was told that this piece is not covered under the 3-year warranty. They told me that only defective items are covered. The guard should be covered and after I asked if the guard is not considered a “defective item” then what is… they couldn’t answer.

Called in advance to see if they had the LawnGrips Pro Plus Shoes in stock in two sizes, 9 1/2 and 10 for my husband. It was to be a birthday gift. The guy replied that they had both in stock, I mentioned that I'd go the same day but wanted to make sure they had plenty in inventory because it was an hour drive for me. Turns out the guy never looked at the inventory and they only had one pair of size 7. I went for nothing and wasted two hours of my time + gas which is now at an incredible high price. Used to go there for Stihl accessories but will never go there again.

I dropped in to pickup a replacement gas cap for a Sthil MS260. GREAT service with a smile. The cap was in stock and reasonably priced. I left a happy customer!!

Knowledgeable, friendly and their Stihl chain prices are better than Amazon. Said they go through 3-4kms of chain each year
