No frills, Abbey wood Pharmacy, dog grooming, photo studio, English centre for newcomers, and two restaurants. All good.

I don't like shopping at this No Frills and I avoid it. I don't think it's clean, the milk section is a disaster, and quite often a got milk with leaky bags. They also require coins for their shopping baskets and I hate that.

Pilgrims Way Plaza
The convenience store here is the only thing that I frequent, but other members of my family enjoy zoom-in photo and the Chinese restaurant (no frills is another convenient spot). I mention these three businesses because they are staples of the plaza and have outlasted just about everything else in the mall and area for that matter. The idea couple runs the convenience store and I never buy smokes or lotto anywhere else. Support local, real local, for Pete's sake!

Always has good deals and prices. Price matching is available, cashier's are always kind, lots of variety, disabled parking available, clean, items are well organized, and even when you have trouble finding an item you can ask any grocery or produce worker and they will help you find it. Overall a great place to do some quick shopping. It's also located in a plaza with many other great stores.
