Called this place for a quote on redoing my driveway. Had a long conversation with Joe K. about what I wanted done, gave him my address, we exchanged cell phone numbers, texted back and forth to ensure we had them right, set a day and time to come give the quote....and he never showed, never called, never texted, just blew me off completely. I don't chase people down to give them my money and business, if you don't want a clients business then just say so.Do yourself a favour and avoid these yahoos, unless you're the type of person who doesn't mind having to fight to get a business to actually do what they say they will.

We had this company do our drive with a quote from them @ $7000. Since doing the finish of this large drive we have not heard from them since, not to check on the job or to see if everything is good!!We have had numerous visitors to our home and our shocked to see the job that was done!! It has white stone embedded in the drive from the roller not being clean, it has dips where water sits, we have a mess along our drive and our grass dug up on our lawn from equipment! They paved into our back door and did such a mess we had to install a $500. deck to cover the mess and fix the area where I had a bad fall from uneven paving and broke a wrist bone! This company complained they should have walked on the job as it cost them money, so this is why we figure such a mess of a job!I will not recommend this company to any one, but I will tell my story to everyone looking for a Paving Co.

They did great work replacing my very old and beat up driveway. Even though it ended up being a lot more work than anticipated, the team worked hard and without complaint. They had to replace 8-12 of gravel on 100' feet of driveway. Only complaint is that I had to wait too long for work to start. But with any good contractor

This company is a sham! The salesman assured us that they would grade the driveway so water would drain to the road, however when completed ( 3 weeks late) the majority of the water drained to my front yard. I was told by salesman when I complained that “It was a good pace”. The owner was no better he saw no problem with a big puddle in driveway nor the water running to my front yard. The pave only took 1 1/2 hours when I was told later it should have been 3 hours! Very poor workmanship left the yard a mess and salesman said they do this all the time!!! It looks great BUT does not work as it should and owner does not care!!! Stay away from this company.

I contracted London Paving to repair our driveway to our business parking lot. Joe and Todd did a great job quoting and estimating the work needed to be done. They understood our goals and needs and were adamant about making sure the job would be perfect. Ambrose and his team removed the old driveway, graded and paved over 2 days. The following week they returned to touch up small cosmetic details and ensure that there were no pools of water and that we were satisfied with the work. We are very happy with our new driveway. Their staff cleaned up their worksite after they left. Now all water moves away from the building and flows effortlessly to the drain. Good Job guys

Contacted London paving in March to replace my old driveway with concrete, we had Shauna come out and give a quote, she was nice and professional, had the quote quick. I agreed to have it done and waited 3 and half months with very little communication, finally July 8th they contacted me after a month of emails that produced nothing and were coming July 9th to start, 2 days to rip up, frame and pour gravel, first day they were confused what to do, thought they were putting asphalt down not concrete, couldn't understand the quote and said I was severely under quoted, they did the work but framing was poor, lots of gaps and spaces that would have caused problem and they left me with a dug out driveway for 2 weeks with no communication as to when they would finish, I was told this would be a 5 day job. After 2 weeks of waiting I was called an told they needed to remeasure as Shauna had left the company, when I asked when it would be done all I got was we don't know and I don't have an answer. I emailed them yet again to complain and to walk away from this job, after talking to the owner who was rude and constantly talked over me and when I asked to not continue with the work he asked for $2K more to cover his cost, mind you we paid 5K already, that wasn't going to happen so we agreed to end the job, they keep the deposit and that was that. I now have a company that I should have went with first fixing the problems they created and the job will be done in 5 days. I would never recommend London paving to anyone, horrible communication and lack of compassion, I realize Covid is a big problem but calling customers and keeping them in full swing would have solved this a long time ago.

Our condo had this company remove and replace our large asphalt driveway. Within a month of having this service done two areas of the driveway sunk in almost a foot deep and almost 15-20” across. We took photos and documented this, and put in a call to Joe about coming by to take care of this. We have gotten nothing but a run around of excuses and promises to come back. For the record it’s been two years, I just put in another call.... and nothing. I’m sure at this point nothing will be done. Sadly all it would’ve took is probably an hour of time to take care of this and this review would’ve been 100% opposite.I hate writing a negative review but unfortunately people need to know what they are getting into.

We had our driveway paved in the fall of 2019. It still looks brand-new! John E. kept us updated throughout the process and was very knowledgeable. We found that this service was quite affordable and the workers were always professional. London Paving & Concrete Ltd's work has really improved the appearance of our property compared to when we had interlocking brick.We're looking forward to working with London Paving & Concrete again when it's time to have our driveway sealed.

I used this company for the 1st time in September. I met Shauna first and was super impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of the business. I knew she would make this very easy for me as I'm busy looking after other parts of my project. She came to quote me after doing some measurements and was very reasonable with their quote. We discussed potential dates and I know they tried to stick to it but its all weather dependent. The guys were really good, made sure I was satisfied. All in all, 5 stars! I would definitely use them in the future.

I hired London Paving & Concrete to remove an old concrete driveway and install a new asphalt driveway, new concrete stairs and replace an old concrete walkway. I dealt with Shauna and the customer service she provided was fantastic. She was always responsive and provided updates on schedule when needed. I was very happy with the concrete crew for their workmanship. The paving crew did a nice job with my driveway and I am happy with the results.
