After years trusting this clinic for caring for my dogs I had my trust restored by Dr. Burgos who called and set to task on improving my elderly dog’s chances to have a good life. I had posted a very angry review of a vet under her employ. It would be unfair to cast Dr. Burgos and the rest of her hard working staff under the same light. I can honestly say the staff are excellent and hold an exceptional attitude no matter what’s thrust on them. Dr. Burgos is a keen vet and compassionate. I’m glad to have had the chat we had. I learned she was not told I wanted to speak to her. That settles the matter nicely and puts the focus on the dogs.

As always St Albert Animal Clinic gave us incredible service, friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and excellent with our Akita pup Lola. They always deliver with a smile and always take such good care of our animals.

I came back from work at 4 and noticed my cat limping and crying. After calling about 7 different vets Amanda ,so kindly, was able to squeeze me in at 4:30! There my 3 yr old tabby was quickly seen by Dr.brooks. I can confidently say my cat has never recieved such care and thoroughly examination as the one we got today from doctor Brooks. He took his time, apologized for the wait (even though we were a squeeze in and didn't even wait), asked a second opinion of his colleague and came back with several options and treatment plans. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into pricey procedures. We just moved to Edmonton and I am very happy to say we have found our new vet!

Since our first visit to the St Albert Animal Clinic, we have been treated like family at the St Albert Animal Clinic. The amazing veterinarian, Dr. Kennedy Brooks, has gone out of his way to look after our little dog. This was clearly highlighted when our dog was the victim of an attack by a large, vicious dog.Dr. Brooks arranged for our dog to be cared for at the best veterinarian hospital in Edmonton. While our dog was recuperating there, Dr. Brooks checked in with us constantly to ensure everything was going well. He answered all of our questions about procedures that were being performed, and he exhibited an amazing amount of patience and empathy. We felt so comfortable knowing he had our dog’s best interests at heart.When our dog was released from the Veterinarian Hospital, Dr. Brooks made a point to fit Scout into his daily schedule so Scout could continue to heal. Once again, the amount of patience and understanding Dr. Brooks showed us, helped to reassure us that our dog was in great hands and we knew he would heal properly. Our little dog was excited to see Dr. Brooks and the other members of the clinic, and they treated him with the love they would give to their own pets. These people truly love all animals.

Been going to Kelly for many years, ever since I can remember. I recently went here for my big dog Bailey. She had kennel cough, Kelly took me in immediately without an appointment and was so kind. It was so reasonably priced ($260 total) for my giant Newfoundlander and got in within 15 mins of calling and explaining what was going on. I am so great full. And so is bailey
