What an amazing experience!! The staff was super friendly and helped me find everything I needed right down to the brake lines I needed. Cloude was amazing super helpfull and made sure I was leaving happy. Even Rod the salesman was super friendly and showed me a bunch of bikes that would best suite Me when I decide to upgrade my bike. 10/10 experience.

Got my first bike just this week from Dewildt a Yamaha R3. Amazing and very professional, especially Rod Guerron. Rod is very knowledgable, easy to talk too and not pushy just to make a sale like other dealerships. Very accommodating when I asked to pick up the bike at an inconvenient time for him, but he still made it happen. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to get a bike or boat.

I bought a used 2019 Yamaha Tracer from Chris in January. The bike was delivered to me as is - dirty chain, unwashed. There were some promises made that they don’t leave their customers hanging if there is something mechanically wrong with the bike immediately after pick up. Unfortunately, since it was winter, I didn’t get to ride the bike till April. I called them back in April for a handlebar wobble issue and told them it was unsafe to ride. They told me they would give me an estimate before working on it. Instead, I got a call from the service department that it was ready for pick up with a $150 charge. On the way home, the handlebar wobble issue continues. I won't bring it back, it's not worth risking my life. I am going to have it looked at by other dealerships who value customer safety more than small profits. You have lost a customer. I am an MSF instructor and I can imprint on purchase decisions of new riders. I won't recommend buying from dewildt to any of my students.

Walked in to purchase a Life Vest and left with the best customer service experience of any Yamaha dealer I've been to. Staff (Chris and Mitchell) took there time to talk and in no way like other dealers just gave a short answer and walked away. Amazing staff at Dewildt… trying to replace my Yamaha Waverunner fxSho seats, they were right there to pick up the pieces of this nightmare that lasted almost a year!!! Got new seats for a great price with the amazing help and guidance from Claude and his team!!!
