Extremely unprofessional employee got heated when being asked simple questions about their hours of operation and potential delays, after a failed towing attempt the day before.There's no shortage of towing companies in the area, look elsewhere for your towing needs.

What else can I say? Patrick (truck driver) & Simon, office GM, were just great. Went above & beyond the call of duty, to bring my car back from Ogdensburg, NY, which had been stuck in NY since June when I got back from the US myself (with another vehicle I purchased, imported & drove back to Canada myself, so car I drove to the US got stuck because of the Covid19-related forever border closure).Much appreciated and will definitely recommend & use in future.

Fraud towing service hired by ville st-laurent mafiosi, gave me parking ticket on the side that was supposed to be cleaned by snow removal 8:36am, mafiosi cleaned opposite side that was supposed to be done thursday. Now 11:15am and cleaning crew came to clean the snow on the wrong side (thursday).NOT RECOMMENDED TO USE transport goineau/groupe direct ouestupdate: 2020 I WON THE COURT CASE.

Really bad experience dispatcher keep lying for 6 hours making excuses .just denied if u can't do it. Don't make people waiting for u then don't show up. And hang up without answer.
