I did not buy anything on my last visit but the customer service I received from Angie means that I absolutely will in the future. I was helped, not rushed and she had some ideas for me that were great.

Dealing with this store has been a nightmare. It all started in July 2021. The sheets I wanted were not in the store and they said they would mail them. I have phoned, I have visited the store. All I got is promises by the manager. “We want to make you happy”. And I believed them and they have my money. I live 3 hours away from the store. Not sure what to do to get my sheets that they promise to deliver. Ideally it would great to have my money back.Oh I had bought some throw pillows. One of which has fallen apart.April 8This a continuing saga about my sheets. My family is tired of hearing about it First started in July. I was given an email and it did not work. See the above review. I am told my sheets are in store but I don’t have in my hands. I live 3 hours away. While I am happy they are there, I believe my sheets should be mailed to me.at no cost. I think these sheets should be free. That’s right, free after almost a year of frustration -Promises were made, tears were shed. These sheets should be FREE. I don’t care how expensive they are. I tried the right way. The polite way. And my family all say they should be free. My family consists of ages 2-37. ( drive an equinox. I live on an acreage outside of our small town)’Tired of hearing about all the useless info.in brackets So Am I.I am only demanding what any other store would automatically have given long ago with a satin pillow pillowcase -king Don’t tell me you don’t have the authority. Find someone who does. Man up

I purchased a duvet cover, pillow cases, and a down duvet from QE this week. Yes, it's pricey - but you get what you pay for! Plus they quite frequently have sales that you can dive into. I actually saved more than $250 on my most recent purchases. Regardless, the staff here are amazing. They really take the time to get you into something that will work for both people sleeping in the bed. Cory and Robert helped me out, and they were super informative, so patient, and actually made it fun. Not once did I feel rushed, or pressured into something I would have regretted. The only problem now is GETTING OUT of my heavenly bed.... Thanks a bunch to the staff here, I greatly appreciate the time you took in educating me, and providing me with a great purchasing experience!

I had the best customer service experience I have ever received in any store in Red deer. I was amazed with the amount of product knowledge Super Hannah had. She suggested so many add ons that revamped my bedroom. Crystal was amazing!!! She helped make my shopping experience extra special. The following day I came back for more and Heather was wonderful! I will definitely recommend this store. Staff are all well trained!!!

I was unable to browse duvet patterns. Staff asked me if I needed help 4 times and the last time she wouldn’t listen to me that I was just looking at the patterns. The “help” felt like harassment. I don’t need help picking a pattern to match my bedroom. Also, I over heard the lady at the til asking the customer for name, address, email, phone number and postal code to buy sheets! Too much information to buy sheets imo! And why can’t I be allowed to just browse through the patterns on my own? Too hard to shop here! I went to The Bay instead. Spend $1k without anyone harassing me or asking me everything except my social insurance number!Edit: Thanks for that “apology”! I am so glad that you are “happy” I went somewhere else! I will also be happy to NEVER enter a QE again. Since it sounds like that might also make you happy. I have been shopping at QE stores since I lived in Nanaimo back in the 90’s. I will be devout bed bath and beyond girl from now on. Your customers are not ALL thieves so treating everyone like they are is probably not going to work well for you. Best of luck anyways.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I've been calling the store and the customer service line for 3 days and noone will answer. They charge $200+tax for JUST a duvet cover. No pillow sham no sheets nothing just a thin piece of material. That is absolutely outrageous. I was also told incorrect information regarding sales by a sales associate, so now I can't return it because it was taken out of the package even though it's only been a week.Edit: 4 years later I accidentally stumbled across this and i wanted to update because I have continued to shop here over the years. although yes I will admit their stuff is expensive, more expensive than it should be in my opinion, it is non the less very good quality. I can't speak to the phone service but the ladies in the store are always an absolute delight and very helpful.
