Phenomenal dive shop. This review is solely for customer service and shopping experience.Staff are extremely knowledgeable and honest. Never felt pressured for an upsell or anything. Just straight facts and trying to see what's actually the best for me.Had an issue with a product (manufacturer issue) and they were very prompt, and happy, to assist. Selection is abundant. Where they didn't have something in stock there, they offered to conveniently order it in. Will continue to shop here

Had an incredible customer service experience here! My boyfriend and I went in to get wetsuits, being complete beginners, not knowing really anything about the differences or how they even worked. The team there were super knowledgeable and took the time to educate us and answer all of our questions. We left with a suit each and after use, we are both incredibly pleased with the quality and the fit especially after purchasing the suits suggested for what we wanted to use them for. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

IDC Vancouver is awesome! I recently did my AOW and Drysuit certifications with Madixx and he was an awesome instructor! Fun to dive with, knowledgeable and patient with us newbie’s!! I’ve purchased new gear and had my existing gear serviced by them and they have been great to work with! A big Thank you to Royse, Madixx and all the staff at IDC!

Wow! I am new to diving and have felt intimidated stepping foot into many of my local diving stores. The extensive on-line shop that International Diving Centre has makes it so easy to browse for that new item you're thinking about adding to your kit. I was able to get all of my questions answered using the chat feature and even though I bought some gear online, I knew that they were taking the same care of my items as if I were standing right there in the store. I look forward to the day that I get to visit the shop in person.

We have made several purchases at International Diving Centre, as well as taking Advanced Open Water and Dry Suit Diving classes, and highly recommend them. Everyone is incredibly engaging, friendly and helpful- a big shoutout to Hoki, Royce and Madixx for answering all our questions and patiently walking us through our gear and classes. You guys are fantastic!Maybe the biggest endorsement I can offer is that it seems our “local dive shop” is now 130 miles and an international border crossing away! We love coming here and will be back. If you are considering a class or a purchase, you can’t go wrong here- they’ll have what you need and offer some of the best instruction available anywhere.

My name is Lukas and I like International Diving Center for many reasons, I give them solid 4.25 Stars only reason why not 5stars is only because they do not have banked Enriched air ready for quick convenient fills without having to oxygen clean your tanks and leave them for hours which their partial pressure method requires. Other than that they are very friendly, highly knowledgeable about diving, education and equipment. They allow you to quickly fill your tanks if you do not mind having 200 psi less air or you can leave the tanks with them for an hour or two and they fill them slowly and completely full. The sell quality gear for sure, I bought a few things from and they all work well. They offer a yearly air fill pass which is amazing and makes diving affordable for those of us who enjoy this sport dearly. Their yearly pass is so amazing I never have to feel negative about short dives when I only use up half my tank thinking that I am wasting half my air fill. They really make diving reasonably affordable. The owner was super nice he allowed me to pause my air fill card for 1/3 of a year (4months) because I live part of the year in the tropics which shows how they are reasonable and willing to work with you and how much they value you as a customer. The only one thing I wish that they would have is banked 40% enriched air like the North Vancouver store and from that you can easily blend lower mixtures like 32 and 36% and it would allow you to not have to leave your tanks with them for hours and you could have healthier safer and longer diving as a result of using this superior gas mixture. Ohh yes I forgot to also say that their hours of operation as longer which is so nice because most days if not all I think they are open till 7pm which is amazing for getting your tanks filled before a night dive or after work you can still get to them even with rush hour if you work till 5 or 530pm.Lukas Ircha

My wife and I recently went into IDC to try on some wetsuits and ask some questions about dive gear. We are new to diving and wanted to know more about the essentials.Royce (the owner) was very diligent in answering everything and anything we asked. He is knowledgeable and knows all about diving and the products in the store.We ended up purchasing two wetsuits and two pairs of boots for a great deal. We will definitely be back for more gear in the future.Excellent shop which is clean, organized, and has a lot of different options for all your gear needs.
