Construction, traffic turning off 102A Ave, no heat lamps, pot smokers inside the shelter....this bus stop has become miserable, and you get to be miserable with it while waiting for your 20-minute delayed bus. Every. Single. Day.

Alot of construction always at this location and also the waiting area is cold, no heating. Improvements needed.
