Cracked the screen on my phone, couldn't get it fixed at Software Emporium or Telus because my phone was not originally bought in Canada, it was recommended by some not to use We Fix, We Print in Dawson Creek . Looked up places with reviews and saw that the We Fix It, We Print It in Grande Prairie had brilliant reviews, so we went there. Very nice man there named Asif owns the business and was very good about my phone and getting the screen and protector for me. Said it would be in in a week. He asked why I did not go to the We Fix in Dawson. So I explained that I was told that the technicians were not very good. He thanked me for my honesty, and explained that he had just hired a new tech for there on March 5th. I did not realise that both businesses belong to him. However it was all good! So Asif explains he is in Dawson on Tuesdays and Thursdays every week and he would bring my screens with him on Tuesday, so we made an appointment. I dropped my phone off this morning at 10:45 am and it was ready by the time I returned for it at 12:30 pm! Great service and the other fellow who's new Kirby is also good. Took down all the details, etc. Both men very polite and knowledgable. Totally satisfied with the service and product! Would recommend to everyone, especially if you have a device from somewhere else! Thanks Asif and Kirby.

Brought my phone in to get the screen replaced on Monday and the next day it would periodically blackout and Thursday my screen was completely unresponsive. It honestly very disappointing after I spent $130 to get it fixed that it started to act up less than 24 hours after it was supposed to be fixed.

The first time I went to get a phone there the one I got barely worked the battery was fried and it shut off all the time but I went back and they took the phone back and I got a different one that works perfectly and a free phone case. It was the same guy working both times and he was very helpful and friendly so it was all and all a pretty great experience

I have bought phones had phones fixed and got casses from them and the service has always been good and done in a timely fashion.
