I've been doing chiropractic care for the last 20 years of my life. Until I visited McCallum Chiropractic and Wellness Center I've never felt more at home and cared for. Dr. Bill really takes your experience to the next level with education, wellness and chiropractic care. I've always thought going to a chiropractor was just to help relieve back and neck pain. I always knew going to a chiropractor was good for me but never knew why, up until now and I have Dr. Bill to thank for that! There is so much more to it than just pain relief, id defiantly recommend giving a call today. :)

Words cannot describe the amazing and thorough care I have received from Dr. Bill and his team.Dr. Bill was able to identify health related issues that I did not even know could have been stemming from my chronic back pain. I was very surprised to read the poor review on McCallum Chiropractic.One of the reasons I became a client at McCallum Chiropractic Wellness Centre was because Dr. Bill and his staff were so caring and took time to answer my questions.Visiting a chiropractor, for the first time, can be a bit scary, when you don't know what to expect.Dr. Bill and his staff purpose to educate their clients from the first visit, so don't be afraid to ask questions.Folks think chiropractic is all about sore backs, but it's more than that. In addition to relief from injuries incurred in a past car accident, I have had great improvements for sinus pressure, diminished hearing and knee problems.Dr. Bill has taught me several techniques that I can use to help myself, as well.Something else you should be aware of, is that the staff work with you to make treatments affordable, so no one has to miss out on the benefits of chiropractic.I am pleased to recommend McCallum Chiropractic Wellness Centre to you. To start I must say whomever this person that wrote the negative review of Dr. Bill and Kathy clearly has never been to their office!!!! From the moment I walk through the door at McCallum wellness centre I have felt like family. Dr. Bill and Kathy are very helpful, friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. I have had lower back pain my whole life from a fall from a hayloft when i was 11, seeing Dr. Bill and getting adjustments has helped me be able to not be in constant pain. Three of my four children as of right now are also getting adjustments from Dr. Bill and my oldest daughter and youngest son have had bedwetting issues from then time they were born, since seeing Dr. Bill they have gone from daily wet beds to maybe once a week- this process was also very quick, they have only been being adjusted since October 2013 and the problem is all but cured! Thank you Dr. Bill! You are an amazing man. Also I have to say Kathy is a very caring women the thing that stands out most to me about her is she knows everyones name as they walk through the door and has her very beautiful cheery smile for everyone everydayI highly recommend Dr.Bill and Kathy to everyone and have made many referals to them to friends and classmates.

This is 100% the best service anyone can ask for. They never forget my name, they work around my schedule , I can't be more happy at how well the doc explained my condition and how they can help. The office staff is polite and very profesinal ! I would give the a 6th star if possible !!

Very friendly, fast service. My first time seeing a chiropractor and I was nervous but Dr. Chris was very thorough in explaining everything to me. My pain was affecting my ability to walk normal and sleep, after my first adjustment, I could walk without limping and had a restful sleep.

Dr. Chris is a top notch human and chiropractor. His intentional approach, thorough assessment, and great communication skills always makes me feel comfortable. I I always look forward to my adjustments with him! Do yourself a favor and get your body checked out and tuned up! You’ll thank yourself.

I used to have a lot of doubts on chiropractic therapy and chiropractors in general. I have a lot of friends and acquaintances who are doctors and nurses and they still mock chiropractors and refer to them as quacks. I honestly used to believe the same thing, until I started my treatment with Dr. Bill.Dr. Bill had me get x-rays and his assistant took scans to assess my spinal health and even I could recognize the level of degeneration my spine was in and he explained to me what he could and could not do. Like with any medical treatment there are no guarantees and minimal risk, but everything he told me made sense and he didn't use obscure medical lingo. Sometimes after an adjustment my ribs hurt, but that is due to my ribs being accustomed to misalignment.After a couple weeks of treatment I have regained some sensation in my feet, I am able to do more in a day, I can sleep throughout the night without my back spasming or knotting, and my doubts of chiropractic therapy have been reduced. I am keen on seeing what will happen in several weeks from now. I will certainly keep everyone updated on my progress.

Going to Dr. Bill is unlike any type of service you could every get. Out of all my doctors, dentists, or any type of physician Dr. Bill has by far been the best. He is very thorough on his recovery plan like no other! I have seen chiropractors before but nothing comes up to the McCallum standard. I have a tough time going to town because I live in the country but the times i have ti go to see Dr. Bill I dont even hesitate to go. Dr. Bill has changed my life in such a positive way there is no words to describe, thanks to him and his team , they have changed my life right around in the best possible way, no only does my back feel better but i dont get as much aches and pains, my mental health has improved, physical health, and other things like digestion have gotten much better! There is much more tied to his chiropractic care, things like his patients get along and know eachother, other examples like feeling at home when you step foot into the office. There is no other words to describe Dr. Bills practice other than amazing, life altering, and just down right simple care. One more thing!! Dr. Bill takes the time to understand each patient he has, he works late and early and is VERY CARING towards his patients. I have never had conversations with any health professional that I have gone to other than Bill’s . Theres just no way to describe my care that I and my fiancé receive is simply amazing!!
