Ready Set Go Delivery & Courier Service Inc.

We live in Summerland on the otherside of the Coquihalla and wanted to get a gift to a customer in New Westminster so we thought with the highway closures and truck routes backed-up we should get a courier to pickup and deliver a gift locally. WHAT A SURPRISE to learn that no one wanted to fullfill this simple local pickup and delivery. FORTUNATELY after two weeks of inquiries, I was able to connect with Chris, the CSR for Ready Set Go Delivery and he said that they would be happy to make this happen for us. We had everything arranged for the pickup and when their wonderful delivery person Ginette B. arrived unfortuantely the retail outlet did not have the gift set aside as promised and we thought everything would be cancelled. LUCKILY for us, Ginette took the time to wander around the store and actually found exactly what we had requested. What a lovely surprise and great feeling of relief that Ginette B. was kind enough to help solve our issue pro-actively on her own initiative.
