I had a great experience with Tangible Wellness, specifically in my appointments with Alia Virjee! Alia is an expert in her field, while still being able to explain science and theories very well to someone who knows nothing about nutrition. One thing I really appreciated was her assurance that I didn't have to drastically change my diet or start eating things I hated in order to improve my health. Alia is proficient in looking at your lifestyle and figuring out minor changes that can make a huge difference in how you feel. She's also been available for any silly questions I've had after our appointments and has never belittled me or been condescending. Overall, I had an incredible experience and would recommend her to anyone looking for a dietician.

We had a great experience with Alia. My husband was looking for healthy, natural ways to lower his cholesterol from a dietary standpoint. We absolutely loved Alia’s approach which was realistic, doable and motivated us to make changes that would be long lasting. We did not have to eliminate anything, which was great and the journey of reading labels on foods and being more mindful was such a positive experience overall. Alia was always very approachable and ready to answer any questions at any time. She’s super knowledgeable and has plenty to share, even when it comes to a sweet tooth! Her sessions were always very informative and resourceful. The end result was fabulous, as my husband’s cholesterol level was significantly lower than it used to be. Alia is amazing. She has a client centered approach, and is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Encouraging a toddler to eat vegetables can be challenging but Alia makes it easy though all the delicious recipes and meal planning guidance and advice she provides. I would highly recommend her, I guarantee you won't regret it!
