I bought a floor model side table 200.00. The person I dealt with never mentioned that it was defective, top glass was loose, holding part were broken and screws were missing. While delivering, they never touched the top glass as they knew it was loose to deceive me. Finally I found and asked about the loose glass. Inder, one of the persons, told me that it will be okay if you put the screws inside the cap holder (the part to fix the glass on top. I believed him, then paid the amount. At home I found that one cap holding part was missing and there is no option to put the screw. They knew it but didn't tell me that. When I called back, now no refund and no exchange. I bought very expensive furniture from them in the last two years. There were some problem after delivery. They fixed those problems but I had to wait months though repeatedly requested to Inder. Please never believe them.

My experience at kitchen and couch has been smooth as always. Ive bought stuff from them before and im their regular customer :)Highly recommend this place!!

I wish I could write a negative review at this point but I can’t I bought three beds from this place.Firstly I placed my order and they told me that they will be delivering my order next week but even after two weeks they didn’t have any clue when they’re going to deliver.Then they brought a king bed in and when I asked them this isn’t the bed size I ordered they insisted I keep it and even asked me to pay extra for it.Also while selecting my bed I asked again and again whether any of the beds have slates and he insisted. Long behold there is a bed with slates. Absolutely disappointed.I tried to reach them on the phone and they stopped answering. I tried to get through to them on Instagram and they blocked me there too.I tried to connect to the owner and no one has called me back. The customer care agent was rude and said she would call me back. I didnt hear anything back and when i called them back the store was closed for the day.I paid cash for the beds because they insisted and now we are stuck.I asked the delivery team to take the bed with slates as it’s dangerous since my kids like to jump on the bed and they said they can’tI m so disappointed with this company.Please BEWARE BUYERS they sweet talk you into placing an order and don’t care about their customer after you pay them.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you are not the same ethnicity as the men working they refuse to help you. I went to the desk 3 times asking for help only to receive the oldest ( presumably the manager/owner) man rolling his eyes at me when I asked him simple questions. Any time I had an Inquiry I was told to “google it and you’ll find the answer”. Will never step foot in this place again!

Very very very worst experience. They are the big LIARS, FRAUD, DISRESPECTFUL FOR FEMALES, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES. They fail to stay on their own words and then they put blame on the customers that customers don’t want to pay for the stuff. They take the token money first as they don’t have enough stock to deliver on the same day and promise the customer that they will take e-transfer once deliver on the door step. On the day of delivery, they refuse to deliver on the doorstep and start playing games so that customer picks the furniture by their own.WASTAGE OF TIME, MONEY. BIG FRAUD IN THE MARKET.They are very nice when selling the stuff in store but very very rude when it comes to the final delivery. Their sales person BHUPINDER (Deep) is a big liar and don’t have sense to talk to the customers.I suggest everyone to NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE.THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT DELIVER AT YOUR HOME.You will regret going to their store as we have faced it.

My experience here at Kitchen and couch was awesome. As soon as I entered the store, Yousuf( sales rep) entertained all of the questions and was honest about the products. Will definitely recommend this store to people who have visited Ikea and various other store but didn't find anything exclusive and good.

Kitchen&couch: Great services, received delivery on time what they have promised, call someone will respond you right away!! The item we have received not open yet because we have some work in the house to be done but I will come back regarding the quality thank you!

A huge Thank You to Inder and the delivery man for their care & patience with my order yesterday (February 2023). I was extremely tentative about ordering online and Inder was patient and helpful with suggestions. Order placed in morning, I was enjoying it by evening of same day!Five stars for customer service.

Hello Buyers,Before you buy anything from store without looking your furniture don’t make payment. They asked for payment before the delivery but after the delivery you call them that you received the item different from your order they said we will replace them but they never call you back and never response your call. Never trust anyone (Deep Salesman)in this store kitchen and couch.
