I have met Sam at this branch and he helped me a lot for choosing my plan and my phone so he is a knowledgeable guy and so friendly. After that time I referred many friends to him and all of them were satisfied with his service so I recommend this brand to everyone.

worse service ever. they are very nice when they have to sell and announcing deals and all. But they hide so much. they gave me free tablets with new phone and contract. it was FREE!!!!!!!!!after sometime I break my contract and paid every thing. Now they are saying that tablets was not free. charges were included in my bill .i called freedom mobile and they said go to the store. And the girl in store was so rude to me saying why didn't you read your contract.Finally i paid for tablets and its been 2 years they are still bugging me by calling.I hate freedom mobile

i got my phone from this store and got a really good deal so i went again after 5-6 months to get my brother a phone but this time i had horrible experience with a different guy so i went to millwoods and got new phone from there

Representative was literally polite and kind. He explain me everything about deal and hit up with best deal with sufficient Mobile data. Personally I recommend to visit once to check with deals they provide.

The guys at Freedom are always super helpful and really honest about their service and products. I have a much less expensive plan than Bell and get pretty good service with my phone. The range is not as extensive, but I pay half the price.

Great Customer Service, The Sales Rep Harry had knowledge about all the promotions that were going on and helped me choose the right phone and plan. I wasn’t pressured into buying any phone instead I was provided information to help me make a choice. And got a great deal !! Keep up the good work Harry !
