Worst service ever! I called for battery boost, new battery and just didn’t work cuz my car was parked for a few days during the cold; the first guy came with small booster and it didn’t do anything and he still charged me $40, 2nd guy came and charged me another $40 dollars and didn’t work, so he was supposed to come with a bigger booster and he didn’t show up. I called their customer service; First rep put me on hold for 30 mins and 2nd rep transferred me to another customer that was waiting for a taxi. They just scam people and doesn’t render the service. Totally unsatisfied with this horrible level of service. I would give them a minus zero star if it was there!

This company is absolutely amazing. I always call them and never take ubers. Whether it's calling in or using the app, they're always very quick and efficient. The drivers are always cautious and extremely nice. I would recommend them to everyone I know !

You call they show up quite simple and I generally wait 2-5 minutes for my cab

This Cab company doesn’t care what their drivers do. A cab driver emptied out his cab garbage all to our floor at our Buisness very dirty , disrespectful person in charge at the office didn’t care what he did, in polite on phone no manners to caring or wanting to react. I guess if your going to file complain don’t bother waste of time. They will hang up on you.

Horrible horrible service! The driver 43700 kept asking me if I had money to pay with, if there was money on my bank card, and then decided to ask me to pay BEFORE I even got IN the taxi, I promptly refused, how can you charge me fare if I don't even know how much it's going to cost?? Then their maniac driver sped off yelling at me in a foreign language. So, there I was stuck in the middle of nowhere because of this paranoid taxi driver. If you're too insane to trust a client then don't take the call you misogynistic maniac. I will be contacting the complaints department to ensure he can't stigmatize and mistreat any other unsuspecting clients.

First time calling this company because I was in a rush and boy did I not regret it .The employee on the phone was very nice and helpful, the driver arrived in no time and was very respectful and kind, his car was very clean and comfortable.Great service and everything I would definitely call again and I really recommend calling the company.

The driver tossed his old clothes on the street while walking to his vehicle. Trashy and disrespectful. If the owner wants more information please let me know.

I have been using this service every time I need a ride, and that ever since an uber driverscanceled on me last minute on my way to an important meeting. It is a trust worthy service and I recommend It to everyone who lives in Laval.

Horrible service, employees were rude, didn’t request the proper information from me, hung up on me twice when I tried to follow up, left me on hold for over 5 min, then blamed me that they did not have my phone number. I would avoid this company

Honestly, one of the best taxi companies I’ve witnessed , I have never seen a driver that serious and that has a good sense of humour at the same time, definitely calling this company again.
