The food is usually ok. Service can be bad at times, especially if you are unlucky and get the bigger girl with the shaved sides of her head. She's got a terrible attitude and really shouldn't be in the service industry, though I guess times are hard and workers are scarce. Yikes though.

A great place to go if you have gluten allergies. They make my sub in the back and use the ingredients from the back fridge so there’s no cross contamination. The staff are super nice and the manager is just the sweetest. Always a pleasure to go in and pick up my food.

Been here dozens of times. The lady that runs it is super friendly and service is quick. Her staff is excellent as well and I don't think I've had a messed up order even once.

I had attempted to reset my password through the app but Subway does not want to send me that link even though I requested it several times. The restaurant was too busy to answer the phone to take my order so I guess I won't be having Subway today.

Second time I tried order before I got there as large order.I wanted to give them time in case they were busy, so they were not stressed. Refused for the second time to take my order. I don’t get it I’ve worked customer service I always appreciated the heads up with a big order. This makes me sad

Like a few other people have said. I came in 20 minutes before closing and the nobody was behind the counter. I waited 10 minutes, finally someone came out and said they were closed. Again, this is still 10 minutes before their stated closing time. After having to explain to her that closing at 11 does not mean shutting everything off at 10:30 she begrudgingly said she’d make a sub like it was such a hassle for her. If you close at 11, don’t start shutting down at 10:30. I swear people today put in the minimum effort. When I worked a sandwich shop a number of years ago, we didn’t shut down until closing time. Then we cleaned and went home. We knew that were going to be at work 30 minutes past close to clean up. That’s the job. Deal with it. Customers should still be able to come right up until 11pm.

Came here today to get two subs, Carley was extremely rude with a bad attitude, told me the coupons never work off the app when it was indeed valid and was a participating location.this location is just awful and the workers are obviously miserable.

It is Friday October 21 2022 and I went in at 10:39-10:40 pm and the girl working told me she is closing in 10 minutes and I couldn’t get a sub because the two subs she was making for the only other customer “we’re probably going to take 10 minutes” she says. So I left.. then I thought.. Subway doesn’t close for another 20 minutes.. I politely explain that to the worker and then she replies “and the toaster and grill aren’t on anymore”. You close in 20 minutes what is that all about? I could have ate my sub already instead of writing all this out before you close. Laziness!!!!

This place is better than the new subway but they need a nicer looking location.The staff is awesome!!!!
