Just had Renee of TheSpaGuy out for a service call and quick training/review lesson as it has been a while since we have had a hot tub. As we opted for something with a few bells and whistles it was terrific to go over what all the buttons and switches did. Feel pretty confident if Renee popped back and did a quick water test, we would pass. She was a very patient, friendly, knowledgeable and professional instructor. Will be our go-to company for any issues moving forwards and we would highly recommend her for your spa needs.

Well, the spa guy I got was a girl first of all. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Knew her stuff and explained everything that I needed to know. Excellent all around.

Well worth the wait. Renee not only fixed the tub quickly, she was so helpful and informative on providing tips on care & maintenance which were much needed! I would highly recommend their services!

Wife called and asked for assistance with our hot tub. The lady called her back a few hours later and told her she needed to take the motor to her shop. My wife asked if it was possible to repair it on site. The lady said no so my wife asked why. She told my wife she wasn't going to explain it again and to call back when she wanted to spend the money. Incredibly rude and disrespectful.
