Nice clinic, knowledgeable staff. 5 star would be knowing the wait time, or more info, but otherwise it’s run quite well. If anyone has negative things to say about the staff, they likely have an unreasonable request. I’ve been hearing them yield calls non-stop and they are incredibly helpful and patient with people of all demographics. It feels far more like a family doctors office than walk-in clinic which is great.

Give them grace people! They are super busy all the time. Personally I have had a great experience with the reception. They are always friendly to me and helpful. My family doctor, doctor Pham is absolutely incredible. By far the most thorough and patient doctor. She takes her time explaining, listening and helping you. Very kind and good person inside and out. She does not judge you for your medical decisions just offers her support and medical advice. I highly recommend her and South Common Medical.

Dr Pham has been my primary care provider for 25 years. She is through, caring, pleasant and helpful and always concerned about her patients and their well being. Her staff are also pleasant and helpful. It is a walk in clinic so there can be a line but if you time your appointments it is not a problem. I can not say enough good things about this Medical Centre.

I've been coming here for years & more often than not I see Dr Pham. She personally took the time to follow up to call me & see if the prescriptions I had been prescribed were working. That was something I was impressed with. Reception staff are professional, polite & have a good attitude to waiting patients. Much better than most other reception clinics I've been to in the past.

Hands down the worst walk-in clinic I've ever been to. Dr. Anne-Marie Pham was extremely rude and dismissive of my health issues even though my family doctor told me to go to the emergency room as soon as she heard what was going on. I left the clinic crying because I've never had a doctor make me feel so badly. Receptionists are also unprofessional, pry unnecessarily, and discuss personal health issues so loudly that everyone in the clinic can hear. Avoid going here at all costs.

I don’t go to this clinic very often unless necessary when my family doctor is not available. Every time I come, I always have good and consistent positive experiences from receptionists, nurses, and doctors here. The receptionist Raymar is passionate and good at details. Last month I came, she noticed my health card is about to expire which I assumed to wait for the renewal letter from the City, Raymar kindly reminded me twice to have it renewed as soon as I could to avoid delays.Dr. Anne Pham and Dr. A. Abou-Nassar are caring and patient. They listened and took care of my cases seriously even for minor issues. Nurse Mary is professional, hardworking and efficient in addressing my issue.I am grateful and thankful to find a clinic that is located conveniently in a busy city with all these helpful and kind medical professionals.THANK YOU for all your hard work! I highly recommend this clinic!

Absolutely horrible clinic where I had the worst experience ever. Receptionists are rude and won't hesitate to make comments on you and express whatever they think. I was reprimanded and yelled on for asking them to borrow a medical mask that I forgot to bring. But the most unpleasant experience was dealing with doctor Pham Anna Marie. I had to come back to her with my health problem after a few weeks. She was extremely annoyed with the fact that she had to deal with an ongoing problem and made a series of rude comments to me. At one point she was yelling telling how she is bored because of people like me who come to visit walk-in clinics with their problems. She also lied that walk-in clinics don't do referrals. She told me that even after she saw that some other doctor from this very same clinic gave me referral before. This is the first time I've heard this. Try to stay away from this place where they have zero courtesy to patients and couldn't care less about their health.

I've been going to South Common Medical Centre for over 15 years. Dr. Pham is my family Doctor and she's been nothing short of kind, caring and attentive. Personally, I try to take care of myself at home first, and only go in when I can't resolve with over the counter medicine, or if I have to head in for regular check-ups. I've had positive experiences with all of the Doctors who work there as well as the staff.

Dr. Pham is a true professional, caring physician, knowledgeable, and a great doctor. I’m glad to have her as my family Doctor. This walk in medical clinic’s Receptionists are very pleasant and professional.

The receptionist was extremely rude, mean and extremely abusive. She will ask weird questions and pass mean comments. made me feel so uncomfortable on my first ever visit, i was sick and couldn’t even talk back properly. They all were laughing together and making fun of me. i felt disgusted and extremely bullied.
