I chose Splash to replace my pool liner after a great recommendation from a close friend. My pool is a complicated shape and we had had trouble in the past so I was worried about the installation being done properly. From start to finish the process was great. Jeff took the time to do complex measurements, help us choose the perfect liner, and gave us a great price. When the liner was ready, Greg and The team showed up ahead of schedule and completed the work quickly and professionally. VERY pleased!!

UPDATED(2021-05-28): Horrible to try and get service from this company. No one ever picks up the phone or returns messages. I've been waiting patiently for a hot tub cover for over 1 year. Was offered a third party cover for $800 and gave my CC details for the purchase. I was told I would get a call in a week or two before the order - 3 months later - nothing. No contact. No phone pick-up. No returned messages. I am no longer giving your company business.OLD REVIEW:Quick and professional service. Initially I balked to myself at the high winter service rates (169$ for 30 min and $49 for each additional 15 min) to be honest; but, this is the cost for 2 service guys and they are fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Likely the final bill was less than paying a service tech that is unfamiliar with Arctic Spas and doesn't have the parts on hand.As other reviewers noted - best to email service rather than call. Hot tub installation was excellent. I actually ended up with a different set of stairs than what I had chosen at the time of purchase, and when I pointed this out it was rectified within a couple of business days. Later I had a couple minor issues with the hot tub within the first month of operation, and these were addressed swiftly, and covered under warranty with no charge and no hassle. The employees I've dealt with have been fast and professional, and have taken initiative to address any issues thoroughly and with a minimum of back-and-forth. Really impressive service quality.

I had ordered a very specific replacement part that came in when they actually told me when it was coming in. I had asked Victoria to put it aside. I was coming from downtown....so. bit of a jaunt. I knew they closed at 5pm and my Google Maps was saying I'd arrive at 5:08. I actually went up to the window and saw a guy coming towards me. Explained that I was late and yes. Rylan (I hope I got the name right); on his way out, had NO issue taking care of me. Put his bag down and rung me happily through.THAT folks. Is hard to find in an employee and in a company. He said he had been there for about 4 years, so, someone is doing something right to keep him happy and to have him swing open the doors Fter he had closed up.My experience has also been great at the Hunt Club location; but this was just awesome. 6 Stars for Rylan (if I have the name wrong PLEASE correct me) and 5 Stars for Splash! Oh! 5 for Victoria! :)

These guys know their stuff and are on top of the game! We were super impressed by the service provided by Splash pools when working with them for our pool and backyard landscaping. I have heard nightmare stories of people trying to get a pool and the time it takes, but these guys were absolutely amazing and got the entire job done on time. Whenever we had a question or an issue, they responded immediately and sent over someone from their team. Thank you Splash pools!!!!

Hate to do this because it's a small shop in Manotick but customers need to be aware of the prices of their products. It's been a while that I have been suspecting that they have been price gouging customers. So I decided to investigate. Their chlorine shock treatment is outrageous.For 1 small container of 1kg is 40$ and the bigger size is 80$!!! @ 15% of chlorine content, 1 generous pour doesn't even make a dent in a spa.Than I looked at last year's container of 1KG, the chlorine content was @ 35%.I mentioned how expensive the products were and I was told that they were actually very good prices !?!?!?!Than I went to club piscine on Hunt Club. For a container at 1.8KG close to double" is 30$ and has 70% of chlorine content. So I need much less granules to raise the chlorine in my spa and it is a great product and lasts much longer.Be aware people.Guess I found the ONE item with proper information. read below"

Had a different company to come in and open my pool this year. They noticed a few issues with the way the pool was closed last year (which was done by Splash Pools). Drain plug was left in the heater, pressure gauge was left in sand filter, drain plug left in heater, which are all things recommended to be removed, but I didn't know to look for that until now. Also they dropped one of the rubber bumpers for the pool ladder into the pool, and was not communicated to me so I spent a lot of time searching for it. The biggest issue was the pool lights were left on the deck and under the cover. This apparently is also not recommended, as the weight of the ice and snow on the cover can crush the lights, which is exactly what happened. I contacted Splash Pools to inform them my lights were damaged (which I just had replaced a lot of parts last year to make them look nice), but now they're all cracked and broken (the clips to hold them in, the plastic pieces are broken). I was told through email that they didn't believe that would have caused damage to the lights, although they were perfectly fine when the pool was closed. I was extremely impressed by the quality of work, the quality of the equipment provided for the pool, and the rapport built and maintained with Geoff and Mike throughout the planning and installation of our pool. Splash pools has a huge team that quickly and expertly completed the installation to ensure that my family was using our pool in a matter of weeks following the commencement of the dig. When we received our final bill there were no surprises. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for providing inground pools and spas.

Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable team. I was very impressed with all aspects of our projects, completed on time, on budget with a high attention to detail. I can only imagine the additional supply and operational challenges of operating during a pandemic but Splash delivered and delivered safely. Highly recommended.
