First time at this Starbucks and I was so impressed of the cafe. It was super clean!I wish all Starbucks were this way. The baristas were very nice and my order my quick. Next time I will make the time to stay and have my coffee, the atmosphere was very relaxing and inviting. This location deserves more than 5 stars!!!

I was having a horrible day today and went to Starbucks to grab my lunch and clear my head before heading back to work. I didn't catch her name but the lady working the drive thru around 1pm was so sweet and energetic it genuinely made my day better seeing her smile and wish me a good day. All the employees here have always been super sweet, even though sometimes service is a bit slow, their customer service is always on point.

Some of the nicest staff in the Edmonton area. Always friendly and quick with the drive-through orders. Stopping by their whenever I come back from a work trip.

Probably the worst location I've ever went to. I went here around 8:10 am and I ordered Matcha latte (ice on the side) and frapp. They both tasted like water so I asked them to remake it but the manager kept making excuses not to. She insisted to put ice on the drink because apparently, that's the problem" which doesn't make any sense. They just couldn't make the taste right. They remade it but it tasted the same. I had one sip and threw it away. I didn't even get a refund because I'm from Calgary and I don't have time to keep going back. Every location I've been to always made it right. I don't do reviews but I had to do this because that's how bad my experience was."

Amazing service!!Coffee tasted so good.Cinnamon Coffee cake was very good.Strongly recommend this location to everyone, I know I will definitely come back here again. Thanks, guys, for awesome service. It was great coffee, and keep up the good work.

I work out in Nisku and this is my 2nd location of Starbucks I order take out from. I usually go to the Heritage Valley one more because it's closer to home but not at this time. Every single time I go to this location, all the staff who knows me on a regular basis know my name, they are always welcoming, cheerful, and are extremely good role models. Even through COVID where services were limited and bathrooms were closed for employee protection, they never failed on their customer service. Sometimes I get a laugh out of them whenever I do a mobile order, I don't order a coffee for breakfast and just a breakfast sandwich. When I go and pick up my order, the staff member verifies to make sure I didn't forget to order a coffee. I'll drive the extra distance just to receive this outstanding service!
