South Point Dry Cleaners

I’ve been coming here for years, I usually dealt with the lady who I believe is the owner. She is always polite and kind.. I recently brought in a dress for a steam. It was brand new out of the box, it had some creases that I didn’t want to attempt taking out because I needed to wear it the next day. I called in and asked if it could be done;I was told yes. To my surprise it cost me 35.70 to steam. There was no tulle, layers, or special fabrics/ just a long dress. When I asked why, I was told because it was a rush. No one told me I would be charged for a rush fee. Regardless I decided to come back a couple of days later to dryclean it and I expressed that I was overcharged.The same man who I believe is the owner said he would match the dry cleaning price, 35.70. I decided not to and found a new place down the road. There I was charged 25 for a dryclean and the lady said there are NO charges for a rush unless it’s an alteration. Steams are generally 75 % of the dry cleaning charge which is 18 in this case. It wasn’t about the money but principle and quality of service. I’ve taken my business elsewhere.

My daughter left tinted lip balm in her pocket, while in the washer and then the dryer. It was a gigantic mess all over 10+ items of clothes, varying fabrics etc. I had only started going to South Pt Dry Cleaners in the past couple of years, as I was pleased with their quality, service and attitude. They are one of the few businesses which dry clean in-house. I tried over 5 cleaners in the area. Now, I cannot recommend them enough! They were able to clean all the items of clothing that I brought, to the point that they looked better than before! As well, since my daughter was leaving to study abroad in a few days, they completed the cleaning within 24 hours!!!! All with a smile :) Thank you!!!!

I have been a client for many years because of the high quality of their dry cleaning services which is only exceeded by their excellent customer service.Realizing that I forgot to pick up my order the day before leaving on a trip I contacted them after hours through their website asking if it was possible to meet me in the morning. I knew that they would be closed for the Canada Day stat holiday.I was delighted to receive a reply from the owner Raza Maherally, saying that he would be happy to assist by opening the store early in the morning so I could pick up my order. He really saved my trip!That level of outstanding customer service is rarely seen any more and is why I am writing this 5-star review.I am a very satisfied client of South Point Drycleaners and highly recommend them.

I've been a client here since it opened in 2003. This is the only establishment that I would trust with my cleaning - and I've brought a range of cleaning and minor repairs to clothing here. In all those years, I have always had a positive customer experience here. And, today (Feb 7/2023), I had a new customer experience: As I was about to leave, it was drawn to my attention that my right rear Subaru brake light was out! I was surprised - and so appreciative! I spilled melted chocolate on a valued cashmere/wool blend blanket and thought the blanket would never be the same. I drove out of my way to take the blanket to South Point because of the reviews I read about them. South Point did not disappoint - they not only removed all the chocolate stains, but the blanket came back looking like new. It was ready for pick up in 3 days and the price was very reasonable. I dealt with two different people at drop off and pick up and both were extra friendly and professional. I will definitely use South Point Dry Cleaners again and would highly recommend them.

I've brought some luxury brand name clothes here for dry cleaning and they did a great job. Also need some alterations on one of my suits and they did an excellent job with that as well. Would definitely recommend.

EXCELLENT, HIGH QUALITY, BEST DRY CLEANERS IN TOWN. I brought my down winter parka with a full fur hood and it came back immaculate (this is amazing as most dry cleaners are NOT good with parkas). I also. brought blazers and a dress shirt - all came back totally spotless. The price is reasonable - you pay for what you get and that is high quality results and service.

I've been here multiple times now and the service is always fantastic and they do a great job with my suits. The ladies working at the front desk are amazing, especially the Punjabi lady that did a rush order for me. Highly recommend!

I got all my bridal attire steamed from here (western and traditional Indian attire). I was amazed at the professionalism demonstrated and to the quality of job delivered. I trust this team with expensive designer outfits. All my outfits looked amazing and they went above and beyond in their customer service. I forgot to pickup my bridal shower dress and contacted them after hours as the event was on a Sunday when they are closed. Raza came from home to give me my dress. I would highly recommend Southpoint dry cleaners and trust them for all my future needs.
