I've been there in the past and the staff has always been respectful and helpful answering any questions. The little mini grocery store" concept is a good idea that they implemented a while ago. It gives you a bit of dignity being able to pick items that can/will be consumed for people with food allergies or illnesses that have dietary restrictions. I think its really disgusting that some of these reviews slander the homeless people hanging around/living outside the building. It's the SALVATION ARMY!! Their entire business is to help those in need! Ridiculous that people go to the food bank

In London Ontario Salvation Army also has a food bank. You will get two to three days of food and the wait time is very fast. The detox centre is absolutely amazing . The staff is amazing and the environment is very clean , the meals are great and I highly recommend coming here if you’re trying to get help with substance abuse !! Thank you for saving my life !!

I have had many clients go through circumstances that leave them in need of help. Salvation Army is there to help. The staff are great and very patient. The job isn't easy~
