I think as a society we can do betterFundraisers like selling T shirts, tote bags etc and the profits used for better quality foodChicken 20 days of a month can place you on a toiletI just think if they contacted food businesses with a nice letter they could get donations that are more edibleBut i have enjoyed their cabbage roll casserole

I've been there in the past and the staff has always been respectful and helpful answering any questions. The little mini grocery store" concept is a good idea that they implemented a while ago. It gives you a bit of dignity being able to pick items that can/will be consumed for people with food allergies or illnesses that have dietary restrictions. I think its really disgusting that some of these reviews slander the homeless people hanging around/living outside the building. It's the SALVATION ARMY!! Their entire business is to help those in need! Ridiculous that people go to the food bank

In London Ontario Salvation Army also has a food bank. You will get two to three days of food and the wait time is very fast. It's hard to go to to these places but don't let your pride get to you because if you have no food the onus is on you and there's availability throughout the city on different days. and the wait time is very fast. it's hard to go to to these places but don't let your pride get to you because if you have no food the onus it's on you and me to look after ourselves. It is hard to go to places but I would never have gone to in the past and actually never even knew they existed. Now that I do know I take advantage of the opportunities as needed and I suggest to look after ourselves. it is hard to go to places then I would never have gone to you in the past and actually never even knew they existed.

Everyone deserves a safe and loving home – LGBTQ+ youth includedHomelessness is a profound assault on dignity, social inclusion and the right to life. It is a prima facie violation of the right to housing and violates a number of other human rights in addition to the right to life, including non-discrimination, health, water and sanitation, security of the person and freedom from cruel, degrading and inhuman treatment.Homelessness not only indicates a failure to guarantee access to safe, affordable and adequate housing for all, it violates as well a number of other human rightsEvictions should not result in individuals being rendered homeless or vulnerable to the violation of other human rights. The measures called for to address adequate conditions for protecting the right to life include, where necessary, measures designed to ensure access without delay by individuals to essential goods and services such as food, water, shelter, health care, electricity and sanitation, and other measures designed to promote and facilitate adequate general conditions, such as … social housing.
