Previously, I've been to the store and had good experiences. Few weeks ago I went back to buy a pair of socks for my mom. As i had already bought a pair in beige, i wanted to get a black one. After looking around the whole store, i finally picked up a beige women's sock and asked if they have the black available. Her reply was there's a few specks of black in the beige one. Then she said there's some on the other side (ie. Men's). I repeated myself again and she said oh well you looked around everywhere already.

Be super careful to buy final sale things in this store. Their return policy is that final sale items can not be returned nor exchanged even the size doesn’t suit or the color is wrong. And they wrote this on the receipt at the very bottom that it is so easy to be neglected. I bought a hat which was one size for my dad as a gift. It was the final sale. My dad wanted to just exchanged for a different color. He never wore it, and we went back just within 10 days. All tags are there. They refused. Basically, it is just exchange for the color. Tags were all untouched, and velvet worn. We were only told that no refund but weren’t told that no exchange. As common sense, for all other store, final sale can us usually be exchanged with different color or size, and just not refund. Apparently, this brand expect you to read the last sentence on the receipt which is sent by email , final sale no refund or exchanged. Bravo, sorry even customer bought the final sale and size wrong, no exchange.

So I came in today honestly not really looking to get anything, however I met these amazing employees. Catherine, Alexa, Mathew, and Angel immediately came to my help for a request I had, they spent time with me showing me the best options and what would suit me. Showing me many different styles and outfits. They not only helped me pick out a whole outfit but made my day in the process. They took the time and patience being soo funny and kind with me it was extremely refreshing. They not only have a beautiful spirit but a great judgment of clothing and a fashion sense. Please I extend my deepest gratitude to them and wish them the best days only. Definitely will always be shopping there. Thank you for having such an amazing group of employees.

Always a great experience shopping at this location, always lots to do and see at Shops at Don Mills. The store is usually well stocked with sizes. The staff are always very friendly, helpful, and willing to help recommend styles that suit you.Frank and Oak in general has great seasonal styles that are classic, simple, and stylish. Their outerwear is also very underrated. Winter coats are very warm and good quality.

I went in to buy a coat yesterday morning and then went back again in the evening to exchange the color. CF@Don Mills. The store was nice, clean and organized, and each associate was great, really helpful and friendly ladies. Didn't catch their names but great experience and great black Friday sale price. The capital parka was the winter coat I have been looking for. Hella comfy and the men sizes fit me better than the women's (longer arm length, extra sleeve pocket) and it still has the drawstrings to cinch the waist. Love it. Thank you.
