Etobicoke Walk-In Clinic & Family Physicians

I walked in to see how long it will be to get a requisition for an ultrasound next door because I might have a potential blood clot due to being super pregnant. The receptionist said 2+ hours. I ended up going to emergency across the street and I was seen in 50 min. Disturbing.

Gave a family member a prescription for heartburn medication when he was actually suffering from a heart attack.They sent him back home instead of getting him the urgent medical attention he needed.Had to go back twice before he was admitted to the ER for a heart attack. Serious medical negligence.

Worst staff ever 99% of nurses don't know how to put in a IV. The doctors are even worse they will never give straight answer and It takes them days to say

Been going for years. I think be the 1st to show up and you wait the usually waiting time. Although I like the doctors they dont rush you through your symptoms and listen.

A pretty decent clinic. The wait is a bit long (1.5hrs) but they have Netflix on the waiting room tv and if you have a phone and headphones it’s not so bad.The receptionists aren’t necessarily rude, they’re just busy so if you have everything ready beforehand and you’re nice to them, they’ll be nice to you.The doctors are pretty great, they get you in and out quickly and do a thorough examination. They also listen to your concerns well, which I’ve had issues with other clinics in the past.If you’re able to wait, I’d say try this place out.

terrible honestly. Would definitely not come back. First off extremely long wait which can be understandable in some cases, unless in this case where there is only 1 doctor seeing 20 patients. Secondly girl at the front desk is rude. I walked in and asked how are you doing today, and she responded with give me your health card. To add, she held my health card for my whole visit which is unusual. But what topped it off was the fact that after waiting 2 hours to see the doctor he then told me I was fine and nothing was wrong with me, seeing I’m in fragile state. He told me to leave and stated “drink honey and it will go away”. I have gone to see another doctor and it was explained to me I have an ear infection. Honestly I never write reviews but this time I had to.

Disrespectful staff.Mandatory to wear a mask at this clinic which is very odd to me as the pharmacy beside it said they always make their own rules."Other clients were even rude and disrespectful to eachother. The hole area was just a " bad area" feeling.It says free parking all over the entire building yet I still paid 5 dollars after literally being yelled at on the intercom from the other side. Who ever that was ( male ) around 7 o'clock should definitely change his job. Perhaps something where yelling at people behide a microphone is acceptable ....Oh wait

Awful service. Do not recommend it to anyone!We were told that if we come by 7.30 pm we can be looked at. We drove for an hour and we made it before the stated time just to be told that we are open till 7 pm. Even the doctor was still there, but refused to accept the patient.
