I highly recommend Whitey's Fitness. No matter what your fitness level is, the coaches at Whitey's ALWAYS make you feel like you are a valued athlete!! I love the group classes because of the encouragement and motivation everyone brings to the group. I honestly never dreamed I'd become a person who gets up for 5:45am classes, but I do!!! And I love it because I feel great after these workouts!

I love the atmosphere at Whitey’s Fitness Body Shop! As someone who only recently took my fitness journey seriously, the classes were so inviting- the instructor and the fellow members. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to start your journey.

I recently joined and was super nervous. The staff and fellow members helped me with my set up and gave me assistance with the workout and proper ways to do them. Everyone was so encouraging and always keep me motivated. Great place to workout!!

I can't say enough about the great coaches at Whitey's. Attending classes is never intimidating - they are happy to recommend adjustments to any of the routines so that everybody can participate, even people like me who haven't been in a gym for over a decade!

Whitey’s Fitness and Body Shop is a top notch facility. They offer something for everyone of all fitness levels. Spin, HIIT, Strength, personal and group trading, and specialty classes. The coaches and staff are friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. They are very qualified and excited to assist you in your fitness journey and are constantly learning and upgrading to offer fitness and nutrition classes for every level of athlete from beginner to advanced. The staff and members work diligently to keep the facility clean and safe for all its members. If you are at thinking of starting a fitness journey give them a call.

Over the years of attending classes I have seen many new and old faces. Each are always encouraging and respectful and it’s always a cheerful experience. Each person has their own personal goal but it feels like a community working together. 10 stars!

I’ve been going to Whitey’s Fitness and Body shop for almost 13 years. The environment is friendly. I enjoy the personal training, it’s helped me work through some injuries I’ve had and improve my techniques. The classes are fun and everyone is very encouraging. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable.
