Chicken was under cooked . Asked for gravy got chicken sauce. Server was slow and not very good. Got my bill and they tried adding there tip into price. I tried but won't be ever going bk.My wife asked for a Caesar salad they were out .

Wow. I haven't been to Swiss Chalet in years and I am so glad we popped in for supper. The service was awesome and the food was incredible. Totally bummed that we no longer have one in Saskatoon. The next time we are back in town, we will be back!!

Ordered via the app. A soup was forgotten and it was sent out instead of us being given a refund, which we really appreciated. Food was hot and delicious. I finally found a restaurant in the park worth ordering! Keep up the great work!

Won't be eating here again. Had lunch with the family wife complained of nausea and went straight to a store to buy gravol. I got sick that evening and after continually feeling worse ended up in the ER 48 hrs later with a food poisoning diagnose and an iv in my arm.

Service: 5/5Food: 4/5Vibe: 4/5Price: 5/5The food was something you expect from swiss chalet, satisfying and enough but nothing extraordinary. The Chicken soup was really good and the food came so quick. Not a big fan of their fries as it was a little saggy. Our waitress was the best and she was on top of everything. She did a great job and he said it was his first day so shout out to him buddy! Overall the delicious food with a reasonable price! Cheers.

Wow what a difference. We drive quite a way from our place to this particular Swiss chalet. Firstly, the tables have been refinished in some super sticky paint. It feels gross to touch them. The staff weren't particularly friendly either. Almost standoffish. Lastly the chicken portion on the plate was super disappointing. All around a terrible meal. Did they switch management?

For chicken on a bun, literally white meat on a bun and nothing else. With fries, a swiss chalet sauce, a mayo packet, and a large pickle it was 20 DOLLARS! The chicken, bun, fries, sauce was all good but for 20 DOLLARS. Not worth it at all compared to what you can get at other restaurants or even the grocery store for the same cost. If there was a special deal, or coupon it would feel more worth it.

The worst food. Currently going through food poisoning from my family pack meal I picked up today for dinner from this location. I haven't stopped throwing up and lots of stomach pain. I am so disappointed and disgusted that I spent $60.00 to bring home dinner just to get sick. This is not ok and will never eat here again!

Their chicken was not cooked well and was very tiny for the price! Pink and some blood left inside the chicken. Disgusting! They did offer us a new plate but it still wasn't cooked well, still saw some pink in it. My mom was too upset to eat the whole thing and was too tired to complain. Moreover, their service needs to be better. The way our server was talking to us was not pleasing and we felt rushed telling her our order. Servers need to be trained properly. Overall, experience and food was a flop. I hope other customers read the reviews about other terrible experiences they had and go elsewhere!
