From the initial call to leaving after the Celebration of Life, Frank, Amy and Paul were so compassionate and caring. The advice and direction they provided took alot of pressure off us during this emotional time. Northview was a warm and comfortable setting to say goodbye to our loved one. 2023 marks the tenth year of my father's passing and the fifth year of my father inlaw's passing. We still talk about the amazing job that Paul and Heidi Needham and their staff did of guiding us through the difficult process of celebrating and saying goodbye to our loved ones.As my wife and I are approaching 60, we wanted to start pre-planning our arrangements and made an appointment to tour Northview Funeral Chapel.As we toured the incredible facility, we took note of the extraordinary attention to detail to make this building a warm, calm and comfortable space to gather and celebrate a life.I have to admit that during the tour I was thinking that as nice as the facilities were, they were probably well beyond our budget.We were blown away to learn that Northview Funeral Chapel is more affordable than most other Funeral homes in the city!Congratulations Paul, Heidi and staff on providing a premiere facility, offering first class service, all at an affordable price.Our business is yours when the time comes.Mark and Debbie Taylor

I can not thank Paul and his entire team at Northview enough for how they truly cared for our family through such a difficult time. During this entire process Frank treated everyone in our family including our children like we were a member of his own family. They answered every call, never said no and helped us say goodbye to someone we love and cared about deeply, in a very personal way. Paul and the team at Northview are incredible. Their attention to details, compassion and professionalism for our dearly departed's funeral was the best experience I have ever had at any funeral chapel. The facility at Northview is so welcoming, warm, tastefully decorated and has modern, state of the art technology for making our commemorative presentations look and sound fantastic throughout the building. I would highly recommend this funeral chapel, it is the best one I've ever been to. The funeral visitations, funeral direction at the church and the cemetery were all a very positive and memorable experiences for our family - many thanks to Paul and team!

I will forever be grateful for Frank and the rest of the staff at Northview. They helped my sister and I navigate through such a traumatic loss last year while showing so much compassion. They went out of their way to guide us through the process and made sure everything went smooth. They were honest and was nice encountering a funeral home not just out to get your money. I had a problem with a locket I ordered as well and they helped me get it dealt with so quickly. It’s also so beautiful inside.
