NOVA BATH LTD

Early 2019 we approached a number of bath room renovation companies and ultimately choose Nova Bath as our contractor and supplier of fixtures. Andy provided us with an appropriate budget, and drawing showing where each fixture, pot lights and utilities would be positioned. The bulk of work was conducted by Ziggy, who we enjoyed having in our house, and must thank him for coming up with a couple of excellent suggestions that we incorporated into the overall plan. Work was completed in a timely manner and we ended up with a modern bath room that met our expectations in both appearance and cost. We have no hesitation to recommending Nova Bath to future clients.BL

I need a replacement thermostatic valve for an Aqua Brass shower. Andy at Nova baths not only gave me the price if I was to purchase the part from him, but he suggested that these parts are probably under warranty and I should contact the Manufacturer. He also provided the contact information for the distributor.This was very helpful and I was able to get the replacement part from the manufacturer.His help is greatly appreciated and I would do business with them any time.ThanksMehboob

We recently modernised two bathrooms. Having no clue where to begin we were very thankful to have found Herb at Nova Bath. He did so much research and digging around, calling supplier after supplier to find the products we needed. We went for all black accessories and had some unique requirements. There was nothing he didn't do to help us achieve what we were after.Big shout out to Herb!

We had a bathroom gut and changed a bath to a walk-in shower. Andy provided us with excellent advice. Products are of high quality. His workmen were very professional and proud of their work. The job was done cleanly and on the specified time frame. I would highly recommend Nova Bath.

I recently had a shower renovation done from Nova Bath on Speers Road, in Oakville. Andy the owner - was very helpful, patient and understanding. The work was done in a timely manor and I was very pleased with the outcome. So nice to have a updated fresh look.

I ordered a custom double vanity 2 years ago at this place (use to called Tapworks). The vanity came in with multiple quality issues. The marble top should have three holes on each side for the taps but only had one which different than my requirement when placing the order. The glue works were terribly done. I was able to see a bunch of glue on the surface. Also, there were several scratch on the surface and inside the vanity. I send pictures to the sales lady I was talking to, the lady said it's unacceptable and they will return it. However, when I came to the store, the store owner told me I should talk to the manufacturer directly and they are not responsible for it. After several negotiations, the store finally returned the vanity but I ended up paid all delivery and shipping cost. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman who suggested I try changing a cartridge in my broken bathtub faucet. He did NOT try to sell me a $400+ new faucet ( he showed me one similar to what I had) and even suggested where to go to get parts. Needless to say he will get my referrals and my future business. This is the way businesses remain successful!
