Pharmaprix

Our Pharmaprix is very close to us and we are very comfortable shopping there.We are happy that we have access to the different things we need.

I waited 10 minutes at the check in, first in line. Technician walked in front of me 3 times no eye contact. Finally when she completes all her work shows up. I only needed 10 seconds off her time. They actually think they are a hospital and can make the clients wait no questions asked. Real joke. I will be spending my money at Jean Coutu instead…

I always buy stuffs at this pharmacy for almost 7 years. I've noticed recently that cashiers are not that friendly compared to the old ones cashiers in a sense there not smiling and not approachable. It would be nice to see smiles since it's free why not give away even you have a bad day.

I enjoy this Pharmaprix a lot. I find the staff is kind, knowledgable, and the place is kept very clean. I also get my prescriptions here and the people behind the counter are very nice and helpful. However, there are two pharmacists, a man and a woman, and she can be quite cold. The man is great, kind and really nice to interact with!

I like this pharmacy but most prices are substantially higher than other pharmacies. Note the regular price of Perio Gard toothpaste at this Pharmaprix ($10.99) and the much lower price at Jean Coutu ($7.49) at the nearby Cote St-Luc Shopping Centre. Same product but $3,50 more at Pharmaprix. I buy very little here . . . (I took photos but can't get them on the review.)

Usually I am satisfied with Pharmaprix though recently I was taken aback by the long delay in receiving my husband's MS medication which helps him to walk. He had ordered it ahead of time so that when he would run out he would have his new pack. Sadly Pharmaprix was not able to receive it on time, posing a risk to my husband's walking. Furthermore this was the 2nd time.

The workers here are AMAZING. So nice kind and helpful. The store is also clean af and always stocked. A+ fordamnsure

This review is only for the pharmacy. I requested that my MD send my Rx to this pharmacy to be filled and that was a HUGE mistake. I called the first day to make sure they got my Rx and the person that answered the phone was super helpful. She told me they didn’t have the meds I needed but she can order it and it’ll be ready the next day. So, I said ok. I called the next to see if they have received the meds and the person that answered the phone… she kept me on hold for 30 mins to tell me that my meds hadn’t arrived and she does not know when they will. I asked if not today can I go somewhere to get it? Does another pharmacy have the meds? She is like I don’t know. So… I got pissed… she kept me on hold just to tell me that she doesn’t know anything. I called later to see if they have arrived and another helpful person answered yes but it’ll be ready in 30 mins. I said ok no problem. And than when I go pick it up… the person was so rude… when it was time to pay I asked if it was put through my insurance and he doesn’t answer me. He just makes me pay… LIKE HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW HOW MYCH THE MEDS COST. Like I am suppose to know by the out of pocket amount that yes it was put through my insurance. I don’t need to be cuddled, but c’mon. A little friendliness honestly would not kill them.
