The folks at this location have proven time and time again to be some of the rudest people I've ever met. Shippers supply was ruined when they were taken over by Spicers Canada in my opinion.Seems to be zero tolerance for customers who interrupt their day.

I drove quite a distance to get there - arrived at 4:24 (they close at 4:30). Location was in the process of closing up for the day - I asked if they are closed, she said yes"...I needed one box of labels and it would have been a really fast transaction. Avoid this place - total waste of your time and the products they sell are substandard (such as tape that doesnt stick well)"

Amazing customer service and quick callback rates. I've been shopping with them for 4 years!

We been buying from these guys for almost a decade,since covid we have not been able to as they don’t accept cash. When we called and asked if they know anywhere else we could get supplies they were like “um NO lol can’t help you.” Quick google search shows many other options.These guys are only out to help better the corporate world they’re not really looking out for individual people

After calling your Edmonton location and speaking with Pat, I decided to make a visit. I was blown away by Pat's knowledge and friendliness with a mix of education on the products I was interested in. I look forward to my next visit!

Excellent Staff! Great Pricing and good Selection! I needed to Standardize My shipping practices. Literally cost a tenth of what Canada post would charge for the same supplies. Service was outstanding. Richard the sales rep was more than happy to help me figure out a cost effective solution. Highly recommended for great pricing and super service.

They were so helpful in finding a new paper after Xerox sold their paper division. It was clean and organized and Pat was so wonderful making sure I got the right paper for our copier and our project.

I ordered a F170 sublimation printer back on April 25/2023 and ETA was 3 business days. My credit card was billed in April 26th.On May 4th, when I called to get a tracking number, I was told that it was on a truck and there was no tracking number.May 10th, I was advised Epson had no stock and it would be another 2 1/2 weeks.May 26, Jackie advised me that Epson shipped out 600 F170 sublimation printers Canada wide.June 1st, 2nd and 3rd I reached out to Jackie and she did not respond.June 6th, I went into the office inquiring about about my printer and spoke to a manager. I was then advised that Epson hasn’t received any F170’s in for months and this has been the norm in dealing with Epson.I received a full refund on June 7th, but definitely does not compensate for the time, money money lost.Due to their lack of integrity, I would not recommend this company.

These guys used to be great! I lived going and picking up our supplies when they were on 184st. The staff was great! Always happy and helpful. The last few times I've been to their new location, the staff is cranky and rude. Guess I'll be finding somewhere else to get our supplies because guess what, you really are not the only game in town. You should learn that customers matter!!
