As a regular customer at Hand and Stone Dan Leckie Way, I always leave with a relaxed and rejuvenating service. Although there have been occasional instances of confusion during billing, the staff has always been able to resolve the issue. I highly recommend them for their consistent quality, and especially Chandra for his exceptional massages.

After trying a lot of RMT's around downtown, I was finally able to find Hand & Stone which is my absolute favorite for a rejuvenating full body massage. The staff are friendly and helpful, facilities are hygienic and Erika is the absolute best RMT one could ask for. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I had my first massage here with Maggie last week and it was great. She asked questions to determine my needs and gave a fantastic massage. I left feeling relaxed which was just what I needed. Would definitely recommend!

The place is decent and the massage was okay. I was disappointed by the fact that the therapist didn’t do my arms because the time was up. I have never seen any therapist leave a part of my body before because time was up. Maybe because I’m used to the amazing massages of India and Thailand. The quality of the massage as well could’ve been much better. I did feel my whole body wasn’t covered and usually after a really good massage I feel very rested and sleepy but this one didn’t give that kind of result. My chest area and my stomach wasn’t covered as well. So yes, not very happy! Will try other places next time.

I am a regular here. I have been going for m massages for almost 4 years now and I like Diana’s massages the best. It’s at a very convenient location in downtown. The membership prices are not bad given the quality of the service is great. The booking process is pretty simple. You either call them or book online if you are a member. The place is very clean and smells great all the time. Very professional overall and great place for massage.

Hand & Stone is an excellent clinic with great hours and wonderful customer service, however their online booking system could use some improvement.Notably, after trying many massage therapists throughout the years, Li is one of the most effective RMTs I’ve had.Her thorough technique of loosening all the deep knots in my back and shoulders, have drastically helped to alleviate my pain and stiffness. She’s efficient, adjusts her pressure accordingly and is able to find knots I wasn’t aware of. My posture has notably improved as well.Overall I’m very happy with Hand & Stone and find Li to be an asset to the clinic.

UPDATED REVIEW: The manager Julia reached out to me over a call, apologized for the technical mistake in their software, and gave me a complimentary 30 minutes. Really appreciate how they tried to fix the situation taking care of the customer’s feedback :) Will go next time. Updating the ratings.PREVIOUS REVIEW:The receptionist made me check-in late (though I came before time) which wasn’t communicated with the person giving me massage. I was told to be given complimentary of 10 mins for next session for their mistake, and got a 35 minutes massage instead of 50 minutes…No money refund.

The massage i receive here was amazing. I am definitely looking forward to going again. Fred my massage therapist just knew all the pain points without me even telling him.Update- i had my second session with Fred and it was excellent, he focused exactly where i need it the most and relieved me of pains i had for years. I have already recommended 2 persons to him and had even bought giftscard for a few other friends that i thought could use his help.Second Update – I had my third massage with Fred and as usual it was amazing. He really targeted the my upper back and neck and helped relieve so much built up tension that I had. I really feel like his experience and the wide range of techniques he uses is what makes hims so effective. I will be booking my next appointment soon. My SO had her first massage with Fred too and loved it.The hand and stone atmosphere is awesome too, the ambience, calming sounds and soothing smell is so relaxing. I always feel very comfortable here and look forward to my appointments.The front desk staff is always very welcoming and helpful.
