Working with Deborah has been one of the best decisions we've made for our small artisan company. When I first considered engaging a coach to work through a significant transition in both my career and my life, I was overwhelmed. I was new to life/career coaching when I found Deborah and had two sessions with her initially (there may be more to come). I had no expectations as I had no experience to compare to, but what I was able to take away from our sessions far surpassed what I had hoped for.
