Baboo Balloons

Jessica is as whimsical and joyful as any one of her balloon bouquets! She is creative, helpful, and made the whole experience so fun. She helped me choose the perfect colours to accompany my very unique ideas - a seahorse themed balloon sculpture and a squirrel themed one too. My grandma and mother-in-law were thrilled. Thanks Jessica!

Amazing balloons & great customer service

I went in the day before my sons first birthday (toting an infant and a very curious toddler) and Jessica was beyond amazing. She was so patient with my toddler (making him some fun twist balloons) and allowing him to ask as many questions as he could muster. She listened to exactly what I was looking for, helped me pick out colours (that matched our colour theme perfectly!) and was just all around amazing. I picked up the next morning and she gave me an additional huge balloon that my toddler plays with day and night. On top of all this, I picked up the balloons Saturday morning, and Thursday morning they are still all perfect. To say we're impressed would be an understatement!

This place is great. Owner is super nice and very helpful. Just left with a nice arrangement for my son's birthday. Owner help me out and also was nice enough to do it on the spot for me. I would highly recommend getting balloons from here.

Very upsetting. I’m all for supporting local businesses but it is hard when you receive this type of service.My last order beginning of this year was rough. I called a week ahead, and was told to just pick up the day of and the order would be ready. Come pick up day, no balloons were ready, and I was in the store for close to 45minutes standing with my young son.Despite this, I tried another order for my sons birthday. I emailed 10 days ahead. After waiting 48hours for a reply, nothing.I then called, and was told I would receive a reply shortly. She was aware of the pick up time and said it was do able.A few more days after this phone call, no order confirmation or anything.Still nothing. After another follow up email from myself still no reply.Now with only a couples days until the party and I am stuck trying to find decor. This is because I was under the impression the order would be processed as she stated over the phone.I unfortunately won’t be using this store for anything in the future.
