We installed the Kerns Oak SuperSolid 5 throughout our entire house and absolutely love it. The colour was an amazing modern mix of grey and brown that changes in different lighting.It was super easy to install with the underlay, the variation in the boards gave the classic hardwood look that feels great under your feet

Recently purchased and installed Torlys Rigidwood flooring. End result is great so far, however we did have to work through several boxes that had damaged pieces from shipping. Mostly chipped ends that we could use as start/end pieces, but frustrating when you see the lack of care in shipping for a product that you have purchased.We also ordered custom transition strips for two areas that we need to meet up to existing floor. They are way off. Now we have been waiting 3 weeks to complete our project, and hoping we can get the right transition strips to match.Overall: disappointed with the lack of attention to detail on customer orders, but happy with the quality of the floor.

We ordered Brook Falls Vinyl for our condo in Toronto. We love the look and the fact that it has a built-in anti microbial under-pad. The vinyl has a quality, hardwood like feel - we also love that it’s waterproof and scratch proof. I dragged a 100lb desk along the surface and not a scratch. Thanks Torlys!

I have been working with Torly's Smart Floors for a number of years now. I can honestly say this is the best quality flooring system I have worked with. The consistency is incredible which is not common with other suppliers these days.

Alex is super nice guy in Receiving. Semi drivers use the Derry Rd E Entrence ( so you can back in on drivers side ). Quick unloading, They leave bills in the back of trailer ( so too pull out too far on a windy day).

Torly's has a top quality product and their service is professional and customer oriented. We get many compliments on our vinyl and laminate flooring. We will always go with Torlys in the Future

We started with Torly's Artisan Premium Flooring on our main floor and loved it so much we did our upstairs and hallway. I am so happy with the product, it is soft underfoot and looks great. It is easy to maintain and we have a lot of foot traffic. A simple vinegar and water solution and the floors look as good as the day they went in. I would absolutely recommend Torly's flooring.

I posted previously and wish I could attach a picture of the intense scratches in our cork floors. Basically there is no cork left in some of the higher traffic areas. Torlys customer service did respond to my original post months later saying to contact them. Of course we had already gone down that road and were told the floor is not covered under warranty if you have pets. Even if you do not have pets, these floors scratch extremely easily and you can expect to have to change out your flooring very soon - an absolute waste of money. Zero stars, abysmal warranty.

I ordered samples from Torly's website. They sent a confirmation and charged my credit card that same day. I have not received the samples, nor any notice of when I might expect them.I called their office. The homeowner option on their automated system says to send an e-mail, so I selected the dealer option next.I got a live person who said she couldn’t get through to the samples department, but would send them an e-mail. And said, if I didn't get a reply from them, to call back!She would not transfer me or give me a phone number for anyone who could assist. Nor would she give me her name. She said she wasn't allowed to do those things.My project is on hold - at this point, I just need to receive the samples or get a refund on my credit card, so I can move on to other options.Their disregard for customers is shameful. What a a horrible way to do business.
