Just wanted to share the amazing experience our family had with using Metro. All of the ladies there are incredible to deal with and took the time to personalize the arrangement I asked for (over the phone), even though I had some very specific requests.The flowers look fantastic and they we're delivered to my Mom within a few hours. We ordered a premium bouquet for Mother’s Day ($100) and were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the qty/quality versus the price that we paid.For $100 we expected at least a few more higher end flowers as well as a fuller bouquet. If this is premium, what is the basic 2 flowers and babies breath? We could have gotten better quality at Sobeys or another grocery store florist.On top of that, when trying to email them directly to express our frustration, we have received multiple blocked message replies from their email address posted on their website.

I ordered for my mom for mothers day, the first picture is what I ordered, and the second picture is what was delivered. This was my FIRST and LAST time ordering from metro florists. Their customer service" is two numbers that no one picks up... I tried to reach out via Facebook AND instragram. NO response. I am so incredibly upset that I chose "Premium" on check out...THESE FLOWERS WERE NOT premium quality at all. FYI I paid $129. would appreciate it if someone at least contacted me and spoke up."

I got a last minute custom boquet from here and everyone was extremely friendly and proffesional. Even though it was last minute they were able to get all the flowers I needed and made the arrangement beautiful. I will definitely be back in the future!

Ordered flowers in advance over the phone for mother's day which was an easy and quick process and the staff were great at every point of interaction. The flowers were fresh and arranged beautifully. Curbside pick up is quick, just head to the door and someone will greet you and get your order.

I ordered a custom bouquet and a boutineer (to pin in hair) for my sisters graduation, and they were exceptional. I wanted the special blue orchids to match her dress and they were able to order them last minute for the arrangement. They even changed the layout of the bountineer to better sit as a headpiece. I highly recommend this company. Their customer service and style are amazing.

Called from a distance, ordered cheerful mixed planter to be delivered to daughter in law in Markham. Great service, went above & beyond to keep me posted as to delivery. The lady I spoke with was so friendly, felt like I personally knew her. Was amazed to receive call asking if I'd like my order to go out a day early. Needless to say, daughter in law loved the planter, said it made her day. Thanks so much, will definitely keep your number if needed in the future.

My go to for any event! I’ve gotten all my arrangements from them and they never disappoint . I’ve done last minute orders (as a busy person) , I appreciated the time in which they spent to talk to me on the phone to find and assemble the perfect bouquet for me. They had very unique pieces like the elephant base which my friend loved so much along with balloons, stuffed animals and chocolates. There delivery was timely as-well so you don’t have to worry about that at all!
