TCE STONE

My experience was the same as others . We walked the warehouse for 40mins chose the ones we liked went to talk to staff. wow! lady shouted at us told us all the granite in the warehouse was sold. She only had 2 styles in stock. that she might have 2 others coming in 3 weeks but no guarantee.Then I observed a guy who looked like a developer assisting his client to select a style and the lady told him no problem. I just think they dont want to deal with the public.

Don’t expect any costumer service here. Disrespectful and not helpful associates. You can just walk into the warehouse to look for the stone you want for your cutter/contractor. They simply don’t care about you. They won’t come out to answer any questions or help you with anything.

The customer service had room for improvement... I went there to look at samples, and no one really wanted to help me. Some nice looking countertops, but I think I’ll go somewhere else that has a friendlier attitude.

TCE is not the Top stone hit or miss on quality, Need to use a product called goof off to get the stains out but they do come out. Some parts are weaker than others I can tell does scratch on spots. Overall you get what you pay for right!

They refused to allow me to drop off my 93 year old mother with her walker near the front door. When I pulled up, we were yelled at and even when I explained that I was dropping her off, and showed him the walker, he continued to yell and tell me to go to the parking lot about 500 feet away. That is way too far for my mom to walk so we left. We are not going to shop at a store that treats people so badly.

If you open a business in Canada you should be able to speak proper English. Staff there spoke Chinese and were very hard to understand

They sell stone, but don't know any stone cutters. Lol

BAD! Picked it due to good pricing, local dealer/installer and we liked the pattern better than a Silestone (which we could have got for same price). Installation was a bit of a disaster as well but worst is that finish didnt seem right from start, seemed a bit dull and not really smooth, swirls in finish, then started staining immediately (its white counter). Contacted installer right away, was able to clean some marks off but continues to stain , splotches, cup rings etc... Installer wont answer anymore. Tried calling TCE, no one can really speak english, kept telling me to go to my engineer"
