I would highly recommend purchasing your lumber from here as for the most part the quality is quite good, especially if you require a large amount (there were some pieces that were warped or slightly damaged but most were good). I had purchased too much for the project I was working on so I had to return some to the store. The return process was quite easy and painless. The staff were friendly and helpful. They delivered everything to me promptly and on the day they said they would.

Went here for their annual civic holiday sale, some of the deals were fantastic (8' drywall, especially). Staff here has always been friendly, although I've had a few issues with the staff that sell doors not responding to emails, and sometimes staff here are from other stores so they're not able to provide information on certain things in this location. It's a great place to buy lumber, drywall, insulation, etc. as they have a huge stockyard in the back. I would shop here if I needed one of those things and already knew exactly what I wanted.

I love Copp's. They are competing with the big hardware stores and that's not easy task. I would always choose copp's if I can over the other stores. Bonus, they very often have stock when other stores do not.

Absolutely amazing service! In and out in under 15 minutes. Not like the competitors that make you book a time and still have you wait almost an hour (I'm looking at you lowes) I dealt with Vanessa and she had my order ready in minutes, I will definitely be doing my shopping here from now on

I won't give this company a penny of my money, and suggest others do the same. They fire employees for speaking up about unsafe working conditions. They have no regard for delivery drivers on the phone while driving a huge truck. Literally putting the lives on fellow Londoners at risk. Shop anywhere else, because here they don't respect their employees at all.
