This is an honest dealership that does the job right at the price it should be. After some bad Nissan dealership experiences, I realized why places like this are the best bet - because their success depends on transparency and customer satisfaction; they can't just hide behind a brand name where its more important to get revenue than be honest.They performed autobody work on our car and it looks better than when we bought it (the dealership had the front bumper replaced prior to our ownership and the paint started peeling simply from going through a car wash). We dealt with Ali and he was honest, knowledgeable (knew every detail of the painting process) and fast, and sensibly priced. The worst thing about car ownership is the regret you feel when a mechanic takes advantage of you, so it's worth finding a place that won't leave you with regrets and an empty wallet.

I came here because of a recommendation, and the dealer was about to charge me an arm and a leg for some fixes, so it was time that I got a second opinion. Having heard fantastic things about RSK, I figured I'd give them a shot. Kevin was my service advisor and he was friendly and transparent every step of the way. I was able to affordably repair my car and I can certainly say that I will be coming back in the future.

Fast, well priced, I asked them to look at the brake pads while switching out my tires and getting an oil change, said they did a full inspection anyway. I asked them to call if there were any brake issues and they did. They suggested that both front brake pads and rotors need to be replaced and that front pads had about 10% left, decided to do it myself. The quoted cost was going to be 350 for front rotors, pads and labour. The oil change was 59.99, oil filter was 4.95, and tire change plus balancing (including putting my all seasons onto new rims I brought in) was 100.00. Would go back again.Sign in the store showed the labour costs.

Not impressed whatsoever in the fact this company takes a week to do a 2 day repair. If this wasn't an insurance claim would never deal with this level of unprofessionalism and will be speaking with my insurance company about their partnership.In response to your reply.We had one conversation upon dropping it off that the vehicle would be repaired by Friday latest. Not that it would be finished Friday at the end of your work day. As far as it being an unrealistic repair for two days. In reality you told me my parts were in Monday and we're ready to be installed when you actually didn't start working on the vehicle until Wednesday or Thursday after putting it off for three to four days.All you had to do was paint and install(with quick click connects) a bumper and side panel. It's a day to paint and a day to install.After asking these questions to your employee who told me it didn't matter that I had two other mechanics advise me this shouldn't take as long as it was taking and that RSK was known for this to boost insurance payouts.This is not berating staff, the ignorant response and lack of explanation aside from This is just the way we do it. It takes a day to diagnose a day to remove a day to paint a day to dry a day to install a day to clean etc" shows how you treat your customers.I was satisfied with the car when I picked it up because I was forced to wait a week for you to fix it and all you did was a bumper and panel/headlight

These are true professionals! They never leave me out to dry even in an emergency. I’ve had honest feedback about my car and no judgement. They present the prices upfront and clear about treating your car with care. It’s the first shop that I can get on a call and they treat every customer with respect!

They are very helpful and informative when going over the repairs needed. Also there are different payment options available. Will definitely use them again.

I went here after I was in a collision because my insurance company works with them. The work that was done was excellent but there was a small issue with one of the fixed panels. My husband called and talked to Sim and he said to come in the next day. My husband went in and, to his surprise, Sim had already ordered the part to fix the issue and fixed it right on the spot. We can't say enough about the service and we'd definitely go back. I highly recommend RSK Automotive to anyone looking for car services!

From the time of first phone call to the delivery of my vehicle - all was very smooth & clean process thanks to Sim. He repaired my damaged Tesla as per Tesla standards & dealt with the insurance on my behalf. He made sure to fix it properly & asked me to call him if I am not happy with something. Thanks to Sim & his team I now have my Tesla back to me as it was before the incident. They are Tesla authorized & I highly recommend to use them if you ever need to!

Satisfied with the service. The prices are good and they appear honest. I started coming here when I was recommended repairs that I didn't need at a different mechanic in Hamilton. They have been honest with what I need/don't need, which is very important. Will keep coming back.
