Overall, I was not particularly satisfied with my experience.I received a voicemail message the day before informing me that I had to come an hour earlier than the time I had booked. While I can understand they made have needed to change the time, an explanation as to the reason for the last-minute change would have been appreciated.In general, communication was adequate but could have been more thorough. I was under the impression the person serving us was in a rush.The dolly was damaged, but given that the location closed shortly after we left, we could not change it for another one.A mistake was made on my invoice, so that the total was almost double of the actual amount I owed. They did, however, quickly rectify the situation once I called to explain.
