Super helpful, kind and quick! Got some specialized keys cut here and they were super professional and price was great!

Call for a service that has been done many time but because it was before the shop opened they say its emergency so it's 500.00 to change a lock compared to 175 00 that has been paid before many times.just lost a long time client and will not recommend anyone in the beach.good luck

Very friendly staff. They helped me right away and also answered all my questions. I called in and everytime I called they answered the phone calls too without. They do not make anyone wait. Very fast service.

I have been using Custom Door & Lock Locksmiths for over 25 years now. I have never had any issues or problems using them at my place of business or at my residence. I used them again today and they are fast, efficient, and honest. I actually caught another firm using used parts on my safe at work and have never had any problems with Custom in all the years I have used them at work and for my residence

Very pleasant to deal with. I came in right at closing and they were happy to stay and help me out. I only get my house and office keys cut here now after multiple attempts and fails at the big box stores.

Good service overall however some drawbacks to be aware of.The Good:- very responsive and on time to appointment- high quality workmanship- Friendly staffThe Bad:- parts supplied by Custom Door & Lock Service are very expensive (about 3X Home Depot). Shop around for hardware if you want to avoid surprises on your invoice.

Highly recommended lost keys and they were able to make me new ones no problem

Our company contacted Custom to install heavy duty Steel doors and they explained the process of the installation in great detail. The employees are knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient.We were very satisfied with the new doors and frames as well as the excellent service we received. We have received numerous compliments on the doors and we've highly recommended Custom to all those who have inquired.

Awful service. They gave an original time frame of 2-3 weeks and then had the gall to be rude on the phone and tell me that the time frame has always, for the last two years, been 4-6 weeks.Well maybe you forgot that you sent an email with the original time estimate.There are many locksmiths and key services in Toronto. Stay away from this one, there is no need to support a business that does not care for accuracy or customer service. If they hate their business so much that they are apathetic to all proper business practices then maybe they should just call it quits and do something else. Make room for people who are enthusiastic and want to succeed and do well in this world and for our society.Just FYI, this hold up that they have created and failed to properly inform me of is causing strain for those to whom I have given an estimate and who now have to wait an inexplicable extra 3 weeks.If at least someone would have informed me honestly of a mistake on the part of the original estimate or the delay then I could have understood as these are not easy times.What a shame.
